Ulasan Craven Hotel

Very good location and staff on arrival were pleasant. Only good thing was location to Paddington station. Room came with a towel and a sachet for shower gel / shampoo Room very small and nothing like the pictures shown online Had to go out and buy own cleaning products Room had ants on window Mold in bathroom Shower didn’t work properly like you couldn’t move the shower head as it would fall off and hit you In dire need of an upgrade - wouldn’t stay there again. I don’t usually leave reviews but this experience wasn’t good. I’ve stayed in some very basic room but this was taking basic to another level.

The staff were great and attended to us well however, the hotel itself I would not recommend. This is a budget hotel so I did not expect silver service. The cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t great, there was a gap in our hotel window which caused draft throughout the night, there was a hole in the ceiling which had been covered up with wallpaper, the shower tray also had dirt marks all over it. We did have to request to be moved into a different room as our initial room did not smell pleasant. Again, the staff attended to this with no objection but our overall satisfaction is quite disappointing so I would therefore not recommend this hotel. Oh and the alarm went off twice during the night so that combined with drafts and strong winds causing the window to shake as it did not seem stable, caused lack of sleep.

Pillows 2 pieces. 1 stinky sweat. No clean. Sheet no Clean was dirty. Bed ok. Bathroom old mold. Nice pressure shower. Check out 10 am. On the booking was 10:30. Not true.

駅から近くてとても便利です。基本昼間は観光などで外にいたため寝るだけの一人旅では十分でした。外観が分かりにくく（貼り紙にホテル名が記載）すぐに見つけられないので注意して歩いた方がいいと思います。
