Very convenient as it is well situated near a metro station and has a Washing machine / Dryer in the room (and a microwave. The price was outstandingly good…. Will book it again!

1，先説服務吧，總體感受不是很好，沒什麼熱情友好的感覺，大都是按流程入住退房沒有感到服務好！包括中文前台也是流程範兒。 但遇到另一個女前台就讓人體驗不好了： 第一天入住問中文小夥有沒有孩子洗簌用品，對方給了我一份，第二天繼續使用沒有需要也就沒要，第三天需要更換，問前台，一女的，矮個子微胖、扎個小辮子，對方説：沒有，讓我在自助區域拿，我説大人的不需要，需要孩子的，她説了三遍no，我問你確定嗎，她繼續説確定，no！我就呵呵了，OK，我告知她我知道有的並且我領過，對方這才進屋拿給我，且毫無羞恥感的大言不慚的給了我！我也懶得跟她糾纏，這種服務叫好？我真心不知那些説好的是遇到的哪個前台，反正我四天裏進進出出沒遇到。如果真沒有能接受，要錢也可以，我問要不要付款我可以付款，對方説不用免費的！呵呵了！明明白白的提供，為什麼要撒謊？平時國人我看都也是很文明的，沒見誰多要多拿的呀！這是歧視區別對待了！自助區域我有兩天都沒去拿，你一個小童洗簌用品藏着掖着能下蛋啊？ 2，如果行程沒有jr，這裏離地鐵很近，方便的。 如果大部分jr不建議。 拿行李的需要搬箱子的 要從3-1出口出，有上下電梯過馬路，過馬路後就路過4-1出口了，繼續走幾步左拐就是酒店所在的小巷子了。 4-1出口是沒有電梯的，要扛箱子的哦，沒有行李的就走4-1出口，少過一個馬路，在地下看到星巴克就是4-1出口了。總之都不遠幾分鐘即可到達。 5，早餐自助，日式多謝，吃的還算可口。 這家酒店就早餐和房間而言是滿意的，但服務真心是一般，且遇到一個歧視不友善的女前台。

Strategic location besides Karasuma Oike station and 5mins walk to Karasuma station if you need to take the Hankyu line. Quaint area with nearby 7-11 for your snack runs and Starbucks on the main road. Good security too with hotel card access. Note that there is a main and annex building (2 buildings for different rooms selection).

The hotel is clean and comfortable. However, the air-conditioner is centralised. It's a heater only during winter period and it can get very hot in the room. Not recommended if you need air conditioner instead of heater.

The whole stay was perfect, the room had blackout curtains, there was no city noise and the hotel location was perfect for tourists.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tokyo Stay Kyoto Sanjo Karasuma during my visit to Kyoto, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city made it incredibly convenient for exploring the various attractions and immersing myself in the local culture. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff at the reception. They provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The staff members were consistently helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. The room I stayed in was cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed. Despite being compact, it offered ample space for a solo traveler like myself. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities were modern and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.

The location is great. Very near to Hishiki market and shopping areas, and subway too. Room size is adequate and washing machine is a plus point

A quaint little hotel near downtown Kyoto. There are 2 buildings, a main and an annex. We got a room in the annex. Hotel was quiet, room was clean, though not the most spacious, it was still enough for us to open 2 large suitcases on the floor. Toilet was clean with shower necessities provided. Pyjamas and towels were provided as well, but these are not changed daily, or if needed, an additional fee would apply. Despite this, guests are able to request daily bed-making and trash clearing for no extra charge. There was a washer-dryer in our room, which is most helpful for travellers who prefer to pack light. During our time there, we didn’t see many staff at all, perhaps only the 2 at the reception when we checked in. There’s a drink bar available on the ground floor which operated til 11pm at night. Very convenient to get drinking water and ice cubes, coffee, or tea is needed. The location is the best thing about this hotel! It’s situated in a quieter part of town but is only a 10-15minute walk to a huge shopping street lined with department stores. It’s also very near to Nishiki market, and many transport options. Would definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity to.
