Beautiful design hotel in the Gion area. Peaceful at night. Clean and Wider room with amenities provided. Ensuite bathroom in each room. Public bath also available.
Helpful and friendly staffs. They are good in English as well. Great service.
The location is good. Many many attractions are in walking distance from the hotel.
Parcel shipping like yamato is able to do so. Luggage scale also provided at the lobby.
Hotel parking just opposite to the hotel building and recommend to note with the hotel in advance.
Nice stay in Kyoto!

Everything is Perfect, Nice service, Polite, Perfect Location, Clean room, Perfect place to stay, Excellent Breakfast Buffet, must try items - Tempura Corn 🌟🌟🌟and the black coffee ☕️ just simple black coffee but surprise me. They do everything from heart, and made with Love. ❤️❤️❤️Finally, don’t miss the lounch, it’s a beautiful place and you can enjoy all the lovely snacks 🎉

A lovely boutique hotel close to Kiyomizu-dera, the most popular tourist attraction of Kyoto, and other atteactions. Many traditional Japanese restaurants around. Free afternoon tea and snack at the guest lounge. The bath is nicely deaigned though there is no sauna. All in all, if itbis yoir first time visit to Kyoto, it is a good choice to stay in this hotel for exploring the attractions and sampling Japanses restaurants nearby.

My family was greeted by Mr Yu Asahina upon arrival. He explained everything clearly to us. His service was excellent!!
Very good location. Quiet and easy to access many attractions in Kyoto.
Breakfast was good with choices of both Japanese and Western culture.
The spa was great! We had a most enjoyable stay and will come back again.

The hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. At breakfast the staff couldn’t get us out of the restaurant fast enough. One member of staff wouldn’t let us eat in the hotel waiting area and claimed this was not allowed because of Covid, which is a ridiculous excuse in December 2023. When we checked out of the hotel the concierge stood and watched while we loaded our luggage into the taxi, then the hotel shuttle bus blocked our taxi from leaving. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Superb nice experience! The hotel is super clean and tidy, the location is convenient, it has car park space provided too. The space is the room is really big too.
