Overall it was a good stay. Facilities are not much but it is acceptable. Will consider booking again next time

Good location with bus stops and train stations within walking distance. A kitchen area you can use, free water. The rooms are fine.

Location very convenience just 100 m from shijo omiya station and there are stores around hotel easy to looking for food. Finally i would like to said this is the hotel that i will stay when i return to kyoto

Near Shijo Omiya station，also many bus stations nearby，very convenient to go everywhere. Also love the services and bathtub there.

Hotel has a large lobby but room is on the smaller side as expected for hotels in Japan

Good location, very near Omiya Subway. Even w kuggage, there's lift. You gotta look for it. Easy to travel around w Subway. Very near Nakai & Sukiya. Walk ard 5 to 10mins, there's McDonald's, Matsuya n many other local restaurants. Family Mart & 7-11 are all over. No worries if suddenly u get hungry in e middle of the night. Bed is comfortable. Pillow very soft. Ice machine w cups, vending machine & laundry are there for usage. There's a common area w comfortable chairs and tables for u to seat when u wanna hangout. There's also microwave and water dispenser (bring your own cup or bottle to fill). ¥100 hot coffee machine available. You can seat around and warm up yr takeaway food and eat there. All in all, I recommend this hotel in Kyoto. Away from e busy street. Quite a nice street to walk. Accessible to different parts of Kyoto w subway nearby. Price is very reasonable.

The hotel room had everything that was required and is in a very good location, near to multiple convenience stores, eateries and the train station. However, manage expectations as room is a tad bit small for even just 2 people. We had to take turns opening our luggage. Overall, it's a pretty good price for what it is still.

everything about the place was great except the size of the room that was very small and I didn't have space to open my luggage really, and not having view to anything but other than these all was great and the hotel was really nice and no issue with it.

This is my second time to choose this hotel. i think i will have third and more time to live in this hotel in the future.

The location is not that friendly for tourists. It is far from the famous tourist location. If you are looking for a hotel with convenience, I would not recommend this. However, it does have a common area, which is definitely good for a group of people hanging out there.

If I didn't move from the Urbain hotel, which is very close by, I think I will give this hotel a 5 star. However, the two other hotels I stayed before all had onsen public bath, as well as decent laundry service. There is no public bath here, the laundry machines are wildly outdated, and they charge more than other hotels. I saw more foreign guests than in other hotels. Maybe the only thing that's beyond average here is their service.
