Super satisfied hotel, highly recommended to everyone, excellent service + super large room + all skin care products provided every day, etc.

The hotel is right by the river, a one-minute walk to the riverside trail. The service is super good, enthusiastic, proactive and very trustworthy. The 2nd to 5th floors are guest rooms, with 2-3 rooms on each floor. You can replenish the free two bottles of beer, two bottles of 8% alcoholic beverages, two bottles of sparkling water, two bottles of matcha drinks, and four bottles of mineral water every day. You can’t finish them all. . The rooms on the 5th floor also have a terrace. You can wash your clothes and dry them that night, which is very convenient. There are bus lines 205 and 7 within a 3-minute walk, and it takes 20 minutes to reach Kyoto JR Station.

This is one of our favorite hotels we have booked on all our trips. We booked a total of two room types in this hotel, both of which were very good. The location of the hotel is very good, the surrounding is very quiet, and the Kamo River can be seen outside the window. The scenery is very good. It is very close to Demachiyanagi Station and the bus station. It is convenient to travel, whether you are going south or north. The hotel staff are warm and polite. There are towels in the lobby on rainy days and fans on sunny days for guests to use. There are also many travel-related books in the hotel lobby that can be borrowed for free. The quality of the books is very good, and my husband read it with great interest. The hotel's cleaning is very good, no worse than a five-star hotel. The quality of various consumable supplies provided in the room is also very good, and the supplies are also very sufficient and timely. All drinks and snacks in the room are free, this is what the lobby manager told us when we checked in. Fresh refreshments were delivered every day. We later discovered that they were bought from a nearby wagashi shop, and they were different every day. Sometimes they would leave a note explaining what kind of fruit they were. On the first day of my stay, I received a handwritten welcome card from the manager, and there were also handwritten notes with weather reports and other information every day, which was very thoughtful. So my husband said this is a treasure hotel. Highly recommended to friends in need. ps If we must find a shortcoming, it is that one of the air conditioning outlets in our room is above the bed, and a little bit of wind will blow onto one of the beds. Also, the curtains themselves block light well, but there is a little light leakage at the top and bottom of the curtains.

超級棒的入住體驗，入住當晚京都下雪了，但酒店房間裏明亮寬敞温暖，整個人身心都放鬆下來了。入住禮物送了出町ふたば 名代豆餅，本來打算第二天自己去買的，太緣分啦～房間裏的免費飲料零食也是好吃好喝，下次還要來！

訂的套房，房間很大。雖然是個小酒店，但乾淨衞生，洗浴用品也很有品質，每天有很好用的面膜贈送。早餐也不雷同，每天贈送的零食和點心也很好吃，個人覺得很不錯。

地理位置比較方便，出門可以坐車或者地鐵，房間裏有廚房可以做飯
