Ulasan Suiran, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kyoto

Very helpful when book restaurants for us. highly recommended.

The hotel is nested in a quiet corner, within walking distance of Sagaogurayama Tabuchiyamacho. Im however a bit disappointed with the limited facilites it offered when compared to the price we paid. We stayed in the Tsukinone Twin Room which is on the third floor of the building. The view is pleasant. The room is of decent size. Yet there were no public onsens. We need to pay YEN5000 for 45 minutes and there are only 2 private onsens. For more luxurious rooms with private onsen, the one I visited was on the ground level with no views as it were by the pathway to the reception , separated by wooden planks. We paid around Yen5000 for the breakfast in the hotel, Both western and japanese breakfasts were offered. We tried both. It is of standard. The 4 different juices presented on the top of the bento box was impressive. The vaccinity is pleasant. We could walk to the train station, the tourist rown area , the nearby parks and the world heritage sites. Nice area .

The location is the best in Arashiyama. It sits right next to Katsura River. We enjoy the welcome drink with a very good view of the river. The food is excellent, and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

近8千一晚的價格，期待越大失望越大。1. 前台對待外國人的服務和國人的服務的確不同，辦理入住跪式服務外國人。酒店不大，全靠茶室門口那片風景。2. 房間老舊，minibar收費，完全比不上南禪寺菊水。 提供免費taxi送去京都站。 不會再去。

十年前我們剛結婚時就住在翠嵐，當時給我們留下十分美好的回憶。十年後我們故地重遊，多謝酒店給予我們充滿驚喜有愛的特別安排，無論是住宿還是餐食無處不呈現出精緻和優雅！非常感謝酒店給予我們的升級服務和特別裝飾！再次感謝！我們一定還會再去！

Отличный отель с высоким уровнем сервиса, уютными номерами и удобным расположением. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки вкусные, уборка на высоте. Идеальное место для комфортного отдыха или деловой поездки. Рекомендую!

挺好的入住體驗。 位置很絕，距離嵐山各景點都很近，步行都在10分鐘左右，鬧中取靜。但距離車站等還需要10幾分鐘的步行時間，如果拉着行李還是有點不方便，可以打車。 因為紅葉季天價，我們定的基礎房型，分配在了2樓，但陽台的景色非常不錯，滿眼的紅葉和遠處的嵐山交相輝映。房間內中規中矩，豪華酒店平均水準。 服務感覺很分人，我們剛入住趕上的前台接待都非常有禮貌非常好，最後check out的時候感受的就一般般，有點高傲。 酒店不大，但造景很美，一步一景。尤其是餐廳正對的小院，早餐時坐在床邊很享受，院子裏還有兩衹黑貓。我們在酒店裡拍到很多滿意的照片，重點是沒有人！ 附加服務這塊，由於我們房間裏不帶湯，體驗了酒店裡的私湯，共有兩個挨着的私湯，竹林的環境很不錯，個人更推薦裏面的那間，不過需要提前預約，人民幣200多的服務費。臨走前讓酒店幫忙預約了京都站的出租車，價值人民幣約200元左右，趕飛機還是很方便的。

來日本很多次，這還是第一次體驗傳統的日式酒店。坐電車到嵐山站，一路走到酒店就飽覽了美景～酒店裡麪也都是漂亮又精緻的景，工作人員都很熱情，下午茶和早飯的體驗也很不錯。走的時候還有車子送我們到京都的車站。下一次再去嵐山的話還會選擇這裏！

房間設施按照這個價格衹能説一般，服務還可以，環境不錯，院子很漂亮，離在離渡月橋很近，酒店茶室可一覽渡月橋

酒店地理位置優越，服務態度挺好。吐槽早餐，強烈不推薦選擇酒店吃早餐。酒店提供日式早餐和歐式早餐兩種套餐set選擇，都試了一下。日式套餐是一個便當🍱，內容不多，主菜煎三文魚大約有十二分熟；歐式套餐是飲料+麪包+自選（選了omelet），omelet熱度五分，涼涼的。沒有其他食物供自選，點單另付費。
