This is a conveniently located accommodation that is absolutely beautiful! The heated floors kept us warm during our visit, and we were treated so well by the gentlemen running the place. He was very accommodating and helpful! A wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. The only major downside was how sound travelled in the place. Not soundproof at all, but that is to be expected in this type of accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay at Hazuki. The structure is stunning, the room large and beautiful. The owner really came forward to be as accommodating and flexible as possibile with check-in. Very recommended for an authentic Ryokan experience in Kyoto.

Very professional and friendly host. The building is traditional and very well-maintained, with beautiful designs in every corner. It's a real gem at the heart of Kyoto, we will definitely visit again when we come back.

Our first experience staying in a Ryokan accommodation was a pleasant one. The place is clean and the hospitality is superb.
We were offered with a free hot bath to soothed our tired legs after a day of walking in Kyoto. The owner also offered us with a free ride to Kyoto station but we are unanle to take as we need to check out early.

We stayed here for a week and it was just lovely. I cannot express how beautiful the inside of the inn was, you can tell they put a lot of thought into the visual appeal - elevated traditional Japanese style with all the current amenities one might need.
The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond multiple times for us.
The surrounding area is a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood but only a 20 minute walk to the train line.
Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering a stay in Kyoto!

The host is super kind and welcoming. He introduced all hotel facility and even warmed the room in advance of our arrival. Also, when we check out, he even dropped us to the Tokyo station for free. His English has zero issue to ask something or communicate. I truly enjoyed the experience in this hotel. Room was very warm and cozy so that me and my friend can take a rest fully. I'll definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Tokyo again.
