We were delighted to arrive and discover such a lovely little place this hotel is. Beautiful set up with upmarket settings. We booked 2 rooms for ourselves and another for our 24 year old son. The rooms were very spacious with large bathrooms and a little living area. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were also so friendly & helpful and spoke good English. Unfortunately we booked only for one nite, we wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was fully booked. Will definitely come back here to stay. Oh, we simply cant understand the negative comments about this hotel. Because to us this is a gem!

酒店在一條小路上，非常安靜，交通還算方便。 酒店房間也很大，很乾凈，每天早餐送到房間，服務員都是輕聲細語，另外來的時候下暴雨，給我們提前進房，走的時候因為趕路也幫我們打車，賓至如歸的感覺，非常好。 酒店附近有個大型超市，也比較實惠，可以買點吃的？

酒店非常温馨，房間佈局設計很合理、面積寬敞。裝修精細雅緻，日式與現代結合。酒店位置優越，周邊很多本地人為主的餐廳，價格合理也有特色。離錦市場、百貨商店、鴨川等等都是步行二十幾分鐘的距離，很方便。工作人員英語也很好，交流通暢。唯一不足的是燈的設計，房間關燈很麻煩，晚上要起身才能關燈。

千萬避雷這家酒店，都想退房換一間酒店來的，首先房間非常陰暗壓抑，設計也很不合理，有些空間都用不到，整體動線奇怪，一堆門，本來常用空間就不大。其次，有些設施設計簡直不人性，房間有個巨響的屋頂暖風機，衹有在門口全部斷電後才可以關閉，沒有任何獨立開關，還要漆黑一片回到卧室。最離譜的是房間一直有聲響，各種聲音，巨大轟隆聲暖風機，空調，各種咔嚓聲，不知道哪裡來的，根本休息不好；好的地方夜間服務小哥很熱心，一直幫研究怎麼關閉哄哄響暖風機，來回跑了幾趟。衞生淋浴設施挺好的。如果一家酒店讓人都睡不好，壓抑，衹能避開。而且這家酒店更像私人air bnb,但價格可是所謂幾星酒店的價格呢，除了前台，其他什麼設施都沒有呢。

房間衞生非常乾淨，服務非常熱情，幾乎每個工作人員都會中文，整個酒店會讓人有家的感覺，周邊交通商圈也是非常便利，唯一美中不足的可能就是採光不那麼好

酒店不大，一共7層，每層衹有大概2-3個客房。房間很大，嶄新的日式和西式混合裝修，非常舒適，有家的感覺。地處京都中心，吃飯和逛街都超方便。

房間是為數不多的，空間挺大的酒店，周邊很方便。很安靜。逛街吃飯，景區都很便利。

環境特別好，床特別軟，服務態度特別好，下次去京都我還去這家，很棒很棒

很棒，就是早餐吃不慣，整體服務都很好。乾淨衞生，出行方便，整體很完整，設施很全，如果可以早餐換成熱的就好了

位置好 隔壁就有超市 很安靜的小酒店，早飯是日式的，謝謝

房間很乾凈

We were sad to leave this beautiful peaceful little hotel! The reception is very small, but so lovely and I really felt like I was in Japan with the lovely Koi pond in back and the clean design. We found a couple on staff who spoke enough English to assist us when we needed a laundromat or drug store. After staying in Tokyo for a couple of days in a tiny room, this one impressed us as we walked into our huge room! Wow! Walk in closet, large shower and a soak tub. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. My partner used the bedroom couch daily for computer work, while I sat at the desk to do my makeup. And a separate lounge area with a second TV, coffee maker, refrigerator and complimentary water bottles. I only wish the lighting at the desk was better for makeup application, lol. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel does not have a lobby. It does not have a restaurant or a bar. There are no shops here. Nor a relax/waiting area for guests. The reception is a small table, and there is only one person to take care of your check-in process. But… … your room is extremely spacious, fresh, new. The bed is truly huge, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is large. There is also a living area, with two sofas, a table, a TV. And a bar area, with refrigerator. And finally, a balcony. All furnished in a modern, functional, minimal but elegant style. In short, this formula is very successful; no frills, no lobby, no unnecessary things, but a beautiful room, where you feel really comfortable, a few steps from downtown. I wish all hotels were like this!!! Well done.

It was a very nice stay. The staff were not all Japanese, so it may be a bit disappointing if you are looking for traditional authentic Japanese hospitality by Japanese people. This hotel has nice aesthetic and I enjoyed large bathroom with a big soaking tub.
