Ulasan Kyoto Arashiyama Onsen Kadensho (Kyoritsu Resort)

Pelayanan dan manajemen hotel sangat profesional dan efisien. Pelayanan mulai dari check-in, ganti baju, catering dan pemandian air panas sangat ramah dan nyaman. Kamarnya memiliki tata letak hotel Jepang kuno, meskipun fasilitasnya tidak terlalu baru, namun sangat nyaman. Sarapan dan makan malam di hotel enak dan kaya, setelah dua hari, ada banyak hidangan yang berbeda. Transportasinya sangat nyaman, Anda dapat mencapai stasiun trem dan Jembatan Togetsukyo dalam 5 menit dari hotel.

Seluruh pengalaman itu luar biasa dan unik. Pasti sepadan dengan harganya!!! Hidangan untuk sarapan dan makan malam sangat fantastis. Lingkungan hotel bersih, nyaman dan penuh pemandangan hijau. Nikmati banyak alam dan keindahan! Layanan staf juga bagus.

Lebih baik dari yang diharapkan. Foto-foto wisatawan lain terlihat tua, tetapi hotelnya terawat dengan baik dan keseluruhan pengalamannya bagus. Akan memilih untuk datang waktu berikutnya. Wisatawan yang hanya terobsesi dengan kebersihan dapat membawa sandal hotel sendiri atau menyiapkan beberapa pasang kaus kaki lagi. Karena tidak diperbolehkan memakai sepatu sendiri di dalam hotel. Pelancong lain tidak mengatakan ini. Tapi untungnya, karena Anda tinggal di pedesaan, ini adalah ryokan yang sangat tradisional. Bagus

The ryokan server great food and the bath has both private and public baths. Note there is bath and room tax but app is okay and good. Food was such a spread

Excellent location and great service

Located conveniently, train station is just across the road. Staffs are friendly and politely, service go beyond miles. Unique private onsen with different themes. Very nice kaiseki dinner in the restaurant on first floor. Various Arashiyama tourist attractions and locations situated within walking distance. Will definitely return again.

Great place for family ryokan onsen experiences. This is our first time trying ryokan stay, we want somewhere not too rural, keeping original but conveninet to travel and stay for non-Japanese. This is perfect, walkable to famour bambook forest, staff speaks English, we booked included dinner and breafast japanese style and it is excellent choice. Free icecream after onsen which they have both private and public bath. I will surely come back again.

Love the private onsens which are also free to use. There are a total of 5 private onsens with different themes. Do go during off peak hours to avoid queuing. We went to the private onsen at about 6am and there is no queue. The public onsen is great too. The staff is friendly. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

This review is hardest of our trip. We were of differing opinion of the Kyoto Arashiyama-Onsen Kadensho. She loved the Ryokan style of the hotel (though I was of the impression Ryokans are smaller), the room's style, the breakfast and location. While I liked much of the same I found the hotel needing a facelift. Our room was clean, so that was not an issue for us but still the rooms did show their age. We found the hotel to be noisy with families staying on the weekend nights we were there. The location is very good, too.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. Compared to other onsens I've stayed at the facilities are certainly dated and it's more crowded.

Fantastic hotel, nice food nice view, nice facility

Very good n convenient. We booked for the breakfast n dinner. But the second night of the dinner the server the attitude were very very rude! We never met this kind of attitude in Japan!! This is first time we have this experience.

The stay was completely fine but I have checked my credit card payment and the authroization holding amount ard hkd 15xx has not been release back to my credit card until now. AMAZING RESORT! Great for travelers who wants to explore arashiyama at a slower pace and relax without needing to rush with the day trip crowd! Awesome public baths with Out door onsen, also has 5 private onsen rooms with no reservations needed for shy people ! Amazing service, ice buckets, coffee , tee machines, washing machine and free yukatas . It’s 2mins from the hankyu arashiyama station!
