Salah satu hostel terburuk yang pernah saya tinggali. Staf malamnya tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris. Mereka tidak mengizinkan penggantian tempat tidur jika tempat tidur Anda sangat berisik. Sangat tidak fleksibel. Saya tidak merekomendasikan menginap di sini.

Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini cukup baik. Lokasinya agak jauh dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah dan tidak dekat dengan stasiun bus. Namun, untungnya, hotel ini dekat dengan tempat wisata terkenal, Istana Nijo, dan tidak jauh dari Pasar Nishiki.

Lokasinya agak terpencil, tetapi fasilitasnya bersih dan kapsulnya privat, jadi sangat menyenangkan. Ada pasar swalayan di dekatnya, jadi saya bisa membeli barang dengan harga lebih murah daripada di minimarket. Ada halte bus di dekatnya, jadi mudah untuk mencapai tempat wisata.

Harganya murah jadi saya tidak bisa meminta kemewahan, tetapi saya rasa saya tidak akan menggunakannya lagi. Jaringan bus kota berkembang dengan baik jadi saya rasa ini menebus lokasi yang biasa-biasa saja. Ruang, toilet, dan wastafel bersih, tetapi hanya ada satu kamar mandi dan keset kamar mandinya basah, yang menurut saya perlu ditingkatkan. Selain itu, wi-fi sama sekali tidak dapat digunakan. Saya tidak dapat terhubung bahkan sekali pun selama dua malam menginap. Saya akan mencari hotel yang lebih nyaman meskipun sedikit lebih mahal.

Hotel ini memiliki semua fasilitas dasar, tetapi tempatnya sangat kecil. Tempat tidurnya sangat keras. Jika Anda sendirian, saya sarankan Anda membeli kamar yang cukup luas untuk Anda berdiri.

Ini lebih seperti hostel tanpa atmosfer daripada hotel kapsul.

Super near bus station, convenient for going to Arashiyama and Gion area. Rooms are clean suitable for female solo travellers

Cheap stay, can’t really complain for the price I paid, amenities was good, but the only thing was it was a bit messy in the room , not much storage places so everyone stuff was everywhere.

Loved this cozy and delightful capsule hostel. It’s just north of Nijo Castle and about a 15 min walk to the closest subway station. (Local not a JR Station) It’s about a 15 min walk from the Kyoto Palace and Gardens - just continue down the main road that fronts the premises. The deluxe cabin rooms are tucked away in the Basement level for additional quiet and privacy. There are multiple floors with capsule beds and shared bathroom facilities. There’s a laundry and common room on the 6th floor. Guests can grab all their essentials from the Family Mart or 7-Eleven just a 3 mins stroll from the front door. They also have ATMs and copying facilities. The staff are helpful and can speak reasonably good English. There is a wall of maps for major attractions close by. Loved the experience and will gladly recommend and return

Good location Good to stay easy to go everywhere

Yesterday, Sunday, August 24th, I made a reservation, but due to my mistake, I booked a ladies' room, even though I'm a man. The receptionist was rude, raising his voice aggressively at me on several occasions. The hotel is nice, and the lady who works Monday through Friday at night is very kind and attentive. However, the young man on duty at 5 p.m. that Sunday was completely uneducated and unprepared for hospitality. He even tried to laugh at my situation. I recommend changing that young man, who will only bring you more negative reviews.

They have a young man working on Sundays at 5 p.m. He seems to have problems with foreigners. He's very rude. They shouldn't allow people who aren't born with hospitality to work with them. My worst experience in Japan.If you want to save a bitter day and have a bad memory of Japan, come to this hostel where they place any unqualified person and perhaps with emotional problems.

Very clean and comfortable hostel. Especially the sleeping pods. Well rested for 3 nights
