"The location is a bit far from Kinosaki Station, but it is very convenient for playing golf. The staff are very friendly. Although they don’t speak English, they still try their best to introduce you. There are indoor and open-air hot springs, and the open-air ones are fenced, but it feels a bit private. "Quiet Area, nice enviroment, great hotel. We love the place, hope to come back in my future visit this area. Initially we booked the bunk bed room and we didn't noticed that this room doesn't come with the in room bathroom, and the receptionist very helpful and explain to us that the toilet and bathroom are outside and shower need to go up another floor, we though was inconvenience for us and she let us look at the other room types and let us exchange the room. We really appreciate her help and unconditioned service. Thank you Kissuien Stay&Food. We did enjoy our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the foods is stunning. Our family love it very much. We also enjoy our breakfast in the hotel too. we love both breakfast and dinner."

"I highly recommend this hotel for those driving. The hotel facilities include a daytime onsen (hot spring), and many locals drive up the mountain in the evening to soak in the hot springs. Dinner is not included, but you can drive back to Miyazu for a meal. Breakfast is included; the dishes are simple yet delicious. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially one older male employee who was very kind and honest. I also loved the pristine scenery of Kyotango and the friendly locals. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visited Amanohashidate. By the way, there are deer on the mountain, so please drive slowly and carefully."
