Ulasan Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono

Saya check in jam 3 dan diberitahu bisa check in jam 3.30. Ketika saya menunggu sampai jam 3.30, saya diberitahu bahwa pembersihan belum selesai. Pakaian anak-anak basah saat bermain di dalam salju dan mereka harus kembali ke kamar untuk berganti pakaian. Saya sampai di kamar jam 3:50. Saat saya buka pintu, masih ada yang membersihkannya. Bagasi belum diantar. Tidak ada yang menjawab panggilan layanan pelanggan. Saya harus turun dan meminta meja depan untuk bertanya mereka untuk menyampaikannya. Semua restoran memerlukan reservasi terlebih dahulu untuk makan. Kecuali prasmanan, Anda tidak perlu melakukan reservasi. Karena tidak enak dan tidak ada yang makan, Anda tidak perlu melakukan reservasi. Kami membuat reservasi makanan Cina setiap hari, karena restoran Teppanyaki dan sushi tidak tersedia. Selama menginap, pembersihan kamar sangat santai dan buruk. Saya merasa tidak ada gunanya menginap di hotel yang biayanya lebih dari 10.000 yuan per malam.

Saya reservasi tahun 2020, tapi tidak berhasil menginap disana, akhirnya pindah tahun ini, dan rasanya seperti sudah tidur tiga tahun lalu bangun dengan mulus. Perangkat keras hotelnya bagus, dan fasilitas serta layanan terkait ski sangat baik. Setelah bermain ski di Jilin selama tiga tahun, saya akhirnya bisa datang ke Niseko, di mana saya memiliki butiran salju + hotel yang bagus. Saya tidak ingin bermain ski di China lagi. Kamarnya luas untuk standar dua orang, layout studio, namun memiliki dua kamar mandi dan nuansa suite. Partisi tengah bisa diturunkan sehingga satu orang lagi bisa tidur di ruang tamu tanpa ada tekanan. Desain interiornya sangat berselera tinggi dan pembersihannya dilakukan dengan sangat hati-hati. Semua restorannya sangat lezat. Saya makan dua kali di lounge dan satu di Mitsukawa. Keduanya terasa enak. Yang terakhir memiliki satu bintang Michelin di Kanazawa. Saya tidak terlalu merasakan satu bintang, tetapi bumbunya sangat istimewa. Hampir tidak ada gula dan kecapnya benar-benar terasa asin cair, menurut chef ini lebih mencerminkan kelezatan ikannya.Sushi ekor rambut sangat istimewa dan tenggorokan merahnya enak, tetapi bulu babi tidak menggunakan bahan-bahan lokal daripada bahan-bahan Rusia, yang terasa sedikit hemat biaya. Ramen kepiting salju seharga 2.900 yen di pinggir depan bus sebenarnya disajikan dengan setengah kepiting salju, yang mengejutkan saya. Pastikan untuk mencobanya sekali! Sedangkan untuk resor ski, tamannya sangat kecil, tetapi fasilitasnya hanya sedikit orang baru. Sebenarnya, ini bukan ski in ski out. Anda harus berjalan kaki sekitar seratus meter dari hotel. Gunung bisa jadi terhubung ke Hirafu. Ada dua bagian super datar di tengahnya. Berjalan sangat melelahkan. , tapi sangat licin ketika Anda sampai ke Hirafu! Bersikaplah optimis tentang waktu shuttle bus dalam perjalanan pulang Anda. Pemandiannya agak biasa-biasa saja, hanya ada dua kolam renang dalam ruangan, suhu pancurannya agak rendah, kelebihannya jumlah orangnya sedikit. Saat ini ada dua hotel kelas atas di Niseko, satu adalah Park Hyatt di taman, dan yang lainnya adalah Ritz di Desa Niseko. Tak satu pun dari keduanya merupakan tempat terbaik untuk ski in ski out. Saya menantikan Hoshinoya di Hirafu Nanti.

The service and rooms are unbeatable. Despite it takes us a while to drive from Airport to the hotel, but the room, the view and the people from Park hyatt. I’ve been travelling over half the globe,this is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far. Love the hand sanitiser machine are everywhere in the hotel corner despite the end of pandemic.

We think this is the best hotel in this area for ski in ski out, hotel is big with many restaurants. We had good service from May at the China Kitchen. Check in was so so as they told us no late check out whatever the level of our Hyatt membership, we stayed at the residence side with an Onsen in the room. Great views of the ski. Our friends stayed at the hotel side and they got late check out. But all in all great for us since our little girl likes this hotel for the multi food experience and the playground plus the wonderful ski lessons by Daisuke, we will be back again

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

Park Hyatt Niseko is a classic!

Hotel is new and breakfast has many choices. It's best hotel in Niseko. Value for money which you pay.

Stayed at Residence side n room is big w/kitchenette, love it. We even have an Onsen Hotspring bath in Rm. As it was low season two hotel restaurants were closed. It’s a tastefully done hotel. Receptionist Adam from Indonesia made our stay immaculate. Without his advice n help our stay wouldn’t have been so perfect

Arguably the best accommodation option for those who wanted a hassle free ski holiday in Niseko with plenty of fantastic dining options and amenities. The rooms are spacious with fantastic view of the Hanazono ski course. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff!! Did everything they could to make my stay as best as possible

Perfect stay! Spacious room! With wide variety of dining options! Had the best teppanyaki at Teppan! Hope more surface lifts will be added between Park Hyatt and Gondola!

Highly recommended for this hotel! Helpful staffs who all know 2-3 languages themselves, many can speak cantonese as well. We booked the room at residence side, both residence and hotel side can be easily access to your snow gears and to the Hanazono resort. Usually the coaches will wait at the ski-valet if you are going to have snow lessons. Perfect in-room services and nice design of the building. Would definitely stay again in the future!
