Great place , amazing people .clean room 😊😘🤗 ,i will come with pleasure next time,the pie and the lemonade was the best😊the weather is very nice , fruits everywhere and the price is acceptable .the turkish food it is very good and the portion it is big 😊

Another great visit. This time we went with friends who hadn’t been to Kusadasi before. It’s an apprehensive time when you take friends to a well loved hotel. We had no need to worry, they enjoyed it as much as we do. Villa Fortin’s strengths are the home from home ambience, the cleanliness and the central location. But, it’s mainly the three brothers that make this place special. Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to make your stay the best it can be. We will be back.

Just returned home from a weeks stay at Hotel Fortin with friends. We had a fantastic stay. The 3 brothers made us feel really welcome and nothing was ever a problem. Our friends have stayed at the Hotel many times before and had formed a great friendship with the guys which was really good. They certainly gave us plenty of laughs with all the banter. The Hotel itself is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is well situated too with everything nearby. If you need to know anything though the boys are very helpful at keeping you right. One of the best hotel experiences of my life, stayed here with my fiancee and the three brothers (owner/managers) made us feel like home 🍻 This is definitely not a 2 star hotel, at least 3 stars in my opinion, the room is super super clean as well as the swimming pool, of course it may not have the 5 star facilities but the service definitely is 5 star! They gave us loads of useful tips and trip plans since you can order tickets from the hotel directly without the risk of being ripped off. The location is very convenient too, around 10 minutes walk to bar street and around 20 to the beach. All in all, I highly recommend this place for its good price and good service. We will definitely come back!!

Lovely family run hotel, so so helpful i came and stayed here with my mam the guy in reception booked me buses for my journeys really went out of there way to make us comfortable, perfect location close to all shops and food we had a amazing stay thanks

Nice basic Hotel Rooms are compact with separate WC / Shower No TV or coffee facilities Air Condition is available (£60 per week) and personal safe is available on the ground floor Small balcony (where you can smoke) There is a small pool / Bat rooms are cleaned most days The hotel is run by 3 brothers who are friendly and helpful Breakfast and Day time menu is good basic home cooking The hotel is a 5 minute plod from the bars and restaurants This is a good cheap option if you want 5* pay 5* money

What a lovely hotel? It is spotlessly clean, the breakfast is really good. The owners are so nice and friendly. It is a little outdated but it was spotless and as a solo traveller I felt really safe. The pool area was very well maintained and very secluded and a definite sun trap. You are a few minutes walk from the town centre for the night life or shopping. It is a really good location. I hired a mobility scooter and they were happy for me to charge it and I was able to keep it in the gated front area.

Stayed at the villa for one week,09 - 16.05 2024. Lovely small hotel in Kusadasi,5 minute walk to the shops,10 minutes to the marina.nice sheltered swimming pool with Sun loungers. The 3 brothers couldn’t do enough for us,very accommodating. Good breakfast buffet,small bar and secure,in a quiet part of town. Definitely will be using it again next time we’re in Kusadasi ***** Peter and Marjorie bauer

Went for one week solo to this hotel. Although it’s basic it’s spotless and has everything you need. The 3 brother owners always on hand with any questions etc. There is lovely authentic cafes, hairdresser, tailor on doorstep. 6 mins walk into centre but far enough out to be quiet safe area. I will definitely return to this little jewel in kusadasi Thanks again Yvonne
