性價比很高的，雖然老舊但是服務很好，領入房間打開一切設備再離開，很貴族😌，樓底下非常熱鬧吃喝很方便，還有星巴克

房間很舊，但是位置非常好

第一個晚上酒店安排給我的是面向海邊和路邊的房間，由於我睡眠質量差，晚上的音樂聲、車聲、人聲嘈雜讓我無法入眠。第二天我和前台交涉，他們説沒房間可以換了。我説那你退第二天的房費給我，我退房走人。過了一會兒，一位男服務員説，可以調另一個房間，讓我去看看。在負一層，是一個安裝了殘疾人設施的房間，但很安靜，於是我入住了這裏，晚上睡得很好。酒店應該考慮到不同人的需求，不應衹是為了看海景，犧牲要求安靜的客人的需求。

We have been holidaying in Turkey for over 13 years and this unfortunately is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in as a family. I read the reviews before booking, and at the time they were mixed. Our experience pretty much echoed the negative reviews written by previous guests. The reception area would leave you believing that you were entering a 4 star hotel... however once you've reached your room you soon realise that you are very much mistaken. The Derici is very old, the whole hotel is screaming out for a renovation, from the fixtures and fittings, to the music in the lifts, breakfast room and pool area. The bedrooms are in a poor state of repair ( see photos ) and cleanliness is evidently not a priority. Staff lack personality and are reluctant to help ( laughed when I raised an issue ) An number of guests became unwell, including myself, my son and daughter ( sickness & diarrhea)  this we could only put down to the poor hygiene - in particular the pool area. The freshwater pool wasn't cleaned once whilst we were there, dirty wipes we observed on the pool floor along with black muck. The ladders into to pool were unstable ( loose bolts which were supposed to secure the ladders to the pool side ) the umbrellas were old and covered in dirt and mould. We had to speak to the reception staff as stained bedding was continually put on our beds ( see photos) The lifts were unreliable and often flashed a service sign. As usual we booked half board. We are very aware of what is usually on offer for breakfast, but what the Derici offered was poor. I've read the responses on other guests comments from the hotel management in regard to what is available - however the reality is very different - the coffee machine never gave you the option you requested - a very dated machine. curried egg, cheese on toast (like rubber ) the yogurt was not cold, bread was stale. Meat and cheese options were clearly recycled from other meal sittings - dried/discoloured on the edges. I felt for the families with young children as there was nothing available for them apart from cereal - however the milk was not cold. We ate the evening meal on just 4 occasions over the two weeks of our stay as the same meal was served 3 times out of the 4. The staff on duty in the evening were at times incredibly rude to the guests, tickets were provided for the evening meal, the staff demanded the ticket before allowing you to enter, as our booking was half board for the duration of our stay you would think you would be forgiven for forgetting your ticket on one occasion...I was not allowed to enter by the dinner ticket police and sent to get my ticket. Do not email the hotel to request a sea view, I did this ( months in advance ) and to guarantee this type of room I had to pay 182.00 on arrival. I was told that the hotel was full, and therefore this payment would 'guarantee' this room albeit a side sea view. My son ( 25 ) had a separate room booked and declined the sea vie

Absolutely disgusting hotel never seen a 4 star all the staff were miserable and rude the noice is disrespectful on a nigh from the bar underneath and one just down the road with live bands every night.Definitely wouldn’t go back to this hotel it’s filthy the bathrooms are awful and filthy they need to teach there cleaning staff how to clean properly.

Just returned from a lovely week staying at the Derici. The staff are lovely and very helpful, there when you need them. The breakfast is fine, an egg station would be good however. The pool terrace is very nice and you can get drinks and food, staff very pleasant. The rooms are clean and adequate and good value for money, all having a small private balcony. The location is great, with shops, markets , bars and restaurants all within easy walking. We met some lovely people that have been coming here for 10 years plus, so that speaks volumes. We would certainly return.

We have stayed here previously and decided to revisit again, in a change to where we normally go. Some things have changed, but not all for the good. Some things haven't changed. Bad points. The rooms are in need of maintenance. We found this last time we were here. There was always something that needed attention in all rooms we stayed. On this occasion, like most rooms, locking the balcony door was an issue. The handle was almost falling off, making it a struggle to close. We managed to turn the screws enough to tighten it up, making it easier to close. The mirrors in the wardrobe were held in with screws and nails put in at an angle behind the mirror, I cut my finger on one. Yes, I could have reported these, but it sets a bad impression, especially if it's your first visit. Surely, they should have a maintenance person going room to room checking and fixing issues. The terrace area, one floor below the roof top pool, now has the breakfast and evening dining area built at one end. Shame really, as you used to be able to use the whole area. Sitting in comfy seats, moving around when the sun moved. It's especially good when my wife really struggles with stairs because there is no lift to the rooftop pool. And the toilets are back down the stairs on the terrace level. Breakfast. Don't expect an English breakfast, unless you want to pay extra, even though you have paid for bed and breakfast. It's cheaper to go and have an English breakfast at a local restaurant. All you get is a Continental breakfast, meat, fruit, some cereals, toast. Only hot food seemed to be omelette and mushrooms. We asked for a sea view room, and I get it's an additional charge. But every time we have been, the price has gone up. Now costs £18 a night. If we didn't get a sea view room, we'd be stuck with looking at a brick wall or the hotel next door, which is very close. Good points. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, are very pleasant and helpful. Location is pretty good and central, everywhere within walking distance. I'm not sure if we will go back again. We already had our July holiday booked for Kusadasi, again at the Derici. But we have now changed that with Jet2, ba k to the hotel we normally go. Yes, it's not central, but it has a taxi rank a 2 minute walk away. And most restaurants will come and pu k you up and drop you back off, even after you have been shopping or walking around. It also has a ground level pool area and another o e down a set of stairs. They don't charge you extra for a pool/sea view room. It's half board, not bed and breakfast, like the Derici, so it's a little more money, but that's offset by not pay an extra £18 for a sea view room. And you get aproper breakfast, eggs, beans, etc. If you like bog standard with rooms that aren't 100 percent maintained, in a central location, then the Derici is fine.

The hotel is always nice and clean, the staff are always very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is always good and find the food good when we have lunch at the pool and some times dinner at night. The hotel is in a good position to go to different restaurants at any time, also to go to the beach over the road and Ladies Beach.

Great location for this hotel. Seaview rooms are great but be warned you will get some noise. Cleaning staff do a wonderful job. Most of the staff are happy and friendly. Room is well appointed. Maybe rooms are a little tired and in need of refurbishment in places. Location makes up for it.

Lovely hotel. quick check in room clean with a side side view. Lovely roof top pool with plenty of sun-beds. Breakfast was standard Room was kept clean throughout our stay with clean towels every day. Would stay again if returning to Kusadasi.

My 4th time staying at the Derici Hotel this August / I have found the management and staff to be very helpful, especially the maid on my floor Nisha and also Ashley/ the room I requested was given to me and I could not have gotten a better view anywhere in Kusadasi. The pool area is lovely and relaxing with a fab shaded terrace to eat at and on floor underneath. I usually wait to eat brunch up the town around lunchtime so only used breakfast facilities a couple of times for cereal juice and toast with boiled egg and thought it was lovely, beds are a little on the hard side but the hotel can provide mattress toppers if requested which I did. I hope to return to the Derici many more times in the years to come

do not go there Staff are rude,no kettle in the room,rooms hall ways all dirty. nothing good to say about this hotel .i would not give this hotel onw* you cant bring your soft drinks to the roof top pool you have to get them from the rude man at pool side.
