Great location (walking distance to the ferry to Samos, to shops, bakeries, to restaurants, to everything). Clean room with a small bathroom and balcony. Parking was just outside and always solved by the owners, never issues with parking. Area outside quite quiet and safe and clean. Within 1 hour driving to various greco-roman archeological sights. Breakfast amazing with eggs, nuts, bread, coffee, turkish tea, salami, cheese, etc. with some differences every morning. Nice owners and personnel, and helpful. Definitely recommending and would stay again.

I fell on this hotel by circumstances I will not expand on but I fell on my feet here it is a clean and tidy hotel the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were kind friendly and always smiling, I definitely enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to any travellers who want value for money!

The staff are so accommodating and provide very good service. The location is excellent. Very nice breakfast with many tea and coffee.

The hotel has a bed bug problem, i was forced to spend the night sleepless in the lobby. Owners will not take responsibility, would not issue a refund. These insects are spreading fast due to immigration: this is the second hotel in Kusadasi where i experienced bed bugs, never had this problem before. Please report similar incidents when you feel that owners don't act responsibly upon reporting. Let's try to keep economy accommodation a decent option.

It is a very friendly environment. The staff are very kind and Mr. Mohammad is also a very kind person who tries to help the travelers. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to the market and the pier. The rooms are small but clean. Thanks to Mr. Mohammad, he helped a lot to get a taxi in the middle of the night. Breakfast was not possible for us, but I heard that it has a great breakfast.

A wonderful stay at the heart of Kusadasi. Close to main attractions including ferry station to Samos. Owner of the hotel, Muhammed, is a great personality. He is very welcoming and supportive, he found a solution for all our needs. Whenever we come to Kusadasi, this place will be our home.

We have just spent 2 nights in this Hotel. The room was a little small but perfectly clean with full ensuite facility. We would advise asking for a twin room. The position was great for exploring Kusadasi and there was free parking all round the hotel. (Ask the management to reserve you a space). The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The Turkish breakfast was as good as any in a 5 Star hotel. I counted 15 different delicacies plus coffee or tea plus bread. Will definitely stay here again.

I had booked this hotel as I was doing a trip to Samos and it was close to the port, unfortunately due to bad weather the ferry had been cancelled for a few weeks. The hotel kindly allowed me to cancel without any fees which I very much appreciated, I will be definitely booking it again, a big thank you to the management.
