Clean great hotel with excellent breakfast. Location is close to several eateries and spa around.

best hotel in Kunshan. I will visit again when I come to Kunshan

The inside pool is great - the water was comfortable warm, not like many other places too cold, while the rooms were a bit over heated and not adjustable. Otherwise still a good choice.

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

第二次入住了。總體印象還是不錯的，所以又預訂了春節期間的行程。 禮賓：禮貌，主動開車門接送。👍 前台：標準服務，不好不壞。一般 客房服務：這個需要給個大大的贊！房間打掃乾淨，阿姨熱情，還在忙碌的間隙給予每個客人温暖的微笑和親切的問候。各種需求也是有求必應。響應及時！謝謝朱大叔的晚間問候和安睡奶！這些上了年紀的叔叔阿姨們真的不容易。我們很是感動！ 餐飲：這個不太滿意哦，尤其是酒廊，小姐姐真的是很冷漠，用餐過程中沒有任何微笑或者與客人的交流。而且下午茶和HH的出品也太差了！另外，早餐服務也不如以前。都是非常冷漠的態度。我是帶父母過來度假的，上次一位男性餐廳經理看我帶了高齡殘疾長者，就主動送了我們一份早餐，這次我就隨意問了餐廳的一位女性主管，是不是也能讓長者進入餐廳坐一會，但是，她就一臉陰沉的説，增加一人請掛房卡結賬。酒店制度無可厚非，但好好一句話，飛得這樣懟客人。讓人感覺很不好！希望酒店餐飲服務能有改進。也不枉費我洋洋灑灑的寫這麼多。期待春節之行能讓人更滿意吧。到時候再來評價😃

房間設施齊全舒適，周邊逛吃方便！酒店入住了好多次，就是因為喜歡才去的！不過這次有點遺憾，我預訂的房間送伴手禮，我沒想起，辦理人員也不主動給我！退房時也沒想起，回家路上看到要寫評語了才知道伴手禮沒拿！作為工作人員要主動給客户提供呀，！有點遺憾

酒店地理位置超級贊，帶小盆友提前過聖誕定了這家酒店，氛圍感滿滿！ 整體服務水平也超高，非常感謝工作人員劉玲幫忙照顧小盆友還很貼心準備了毛巾小玩偶等、簡直貼心爆棚！ 第二天還邀請了盆友一家過來住，下次還來！

跟朋友一起到崑山辦點事情，選的皇冠假日酒店，工作人員劉玲接待的，提前準備好了房間，細節做的很好，位置佳 ，旁邊就是商場，吃飯方便，👍推薦

皇冠假日酒店，全家親子游喜歡住的酒店。這次來崑山，老婆的公司團建也選了皇冠假日酒店。跟着自費住了一晚。訂了一間雙床房，1.35米的床。健身房非常滿意，設備齊全，喜歡健身的住了這家店一定要去練練的。早餐的熱菜不多，咖啡也一般般。
