The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded.

The room is very smart and clean, and most importantly, the front desk is so nice. My friend and I arrived early, and we discussed with the front desk to find an uncleaned room to put our luggage in and come back at night, but there was a cleaned room next to it, so the front desk guy and girl helped me change it and upgraded it a little for free, so we checked in very early. I am really grateful to them for making us not so embarrassed! ! ! The hotel also provides airport drop-off service, which can be booked in advance when checking in. The next morning, a staff member called us to remind us when to go down, which was great! Friends going to the airport, don't miss this hotel! Very good

The hotel is a good choice for travellers by plane. There are pickups and transfers from and to the airport every hour. The price is very good. But there's one thing I'd like to complain, cigarette smell as I am very sensitive to smell. Still recommended, though.

The hotel has a heavenly bed. The room was super clean which I appreciated a lot after long travels. The reception staff were sweet and friendly. They helped me to book a taxi from the hotel because their shuttle bus service stops at 2:30PM. For travellers coming to Kunming from abroad note: bring cash RMB because you will need to pay the taxi, 40RMB two way ride. Taxi gives receipts. There is no public transportation such as bus or metro to the hotel area. Alternatively, you could download WeChat, didi applications. Unfortunately the hotel's wifi is weak and I was not able to download the apps. Otherwise enjoy a nice luxurious room with super comfy bed. Highly recommend the hotel.

This stay was great! The hotel is in a great location, very close to attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable and well equipped. The staff is warm and friendly, the service is thoughtful, especially the young lady at the front desk is very patient to answer our questions. I never make comments. It's my first time in Kunming. Staying in a hotel gives me a different and new experience. The newly renovated hotel has clean and tidy rooms and complete supporting facilities. The main thing is that there is a laundry room where you can wash clothes for free. The hotel service is also good. It is also close to the airport, which is convenient for boarding and transferring. I was worried about not being familiar with the strange city when I just got off the plane. The hotel also sent a car for free. Thank you very much. There is also free parking service. There are also various delicacies around, which is very convenient. I also collected it.

The check-in experience was great! The hotel's laundry service is very user-friendly, reasonably priced, and fast, especially for people traveling long distances. The front desk service is professional and heartwarming, especially Miss Jiajia took the initiative to help with the luggage and introduced the hotel facilities in detail. The sound insulation effect is unexpectedly good, completely unaffected by the outside world, and you can sleep until you wake up naturally. The shower equipment is high-end and has a large water output. After washing, the whole person feels refreshed. The breakfast in the morning is also very, very rich, the rice noodles are really delicious, and only the locals can make the local characteristics, the millet porridge is thick, the temperature is just right, and the fruit looks very fresh. Every time I pass by the corridor, the staff greets me very enthusiastically, making people feel really warm and home-like. It is highly recommended to friends who pay attention to details and comfort! I also took a few pictures of the beautiful scenery of Mile. Yunnan is really good.

High floor and good view as we can see Changshui Airport night view from our room. Large comfortable bed, instant water heater and well ventilation system at toilet area. Hotel also provides free industry type washing machine and dryer that does help expedite washing and drying efficiency. Never seen this type of washing machine in other hotel. Free supper and free flow of coffee available at 24 hours. There is morning call that ensure that we don’t miss our flight and breakfast in balance diet is well prepared for us to eat on the plane. For traveller that need short stay, I strongly recommend one to stay.

The hotel is luxurious and beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the service is very good. After arriving at the hotel, the concierge Zhao Xi took the luggage and guided the check-in.
