Ulasan Kunming Liyue City Hotel

Nama hotel tidak sesuai dengan nama hotel di APP, jadi saya harus berjalan ke sana menggunakan peta (gambar disediakan, namanya 'Carrie City Hotel's). Kedua nama itu tidak ditemukan di Didi. Resepsionis tidak baik, mereka tidak hangat atau ramah. Saya sangat suka kamar dan mereka memanfaatkan ruang kecil dengan baik. Saya benci toiletnya, karena tidak terpasang dengan benar, karena Anda pada dasarnya duduk di toilet sedikit (gambar disediakan). Jika Anda seorang penidur ringan, maka semoga berhasil, Anda benar-benar dapat mendengar segala sesuatu di luar, rasanya seperti berada di luar. Ini bersih yang merupakan aset terkuatnya. Pembersih sangat bagus dan memastikan fasilitas diisi ulang. Secara keseluruhan saya memberi tempat ini peringkat yang bagus karena tidak buruk, saya akan kembali lagi

Yah, hotel ini murah di lokasi yang bagus. Tetapi layanan yang mereka tawarkan menjengkelkan, pekerja tidak jujur dan sangat kasar, Tidak ada restoran di hotel. Banyak yang harus dilakukan dalam komunikasi, tidak ada bahasa lain kecuali bahasa Cina dan tidak mau memperhatikan

Pro: near city, free coffee Con: booked 2 double bed but only given 1 double n 1 single bed end up I've to sleep on sofa. Ask for change room but not successful. Very dangerous at the entrance of the hotel because infront got motorbike lane full of motorcycles using the road n my daughter nearly hit by the motorcycles.

Me and my friend arrive at the hotel at 12 midnight and there is still receiptionist waiting at the lobby hotel. Nice hotel room & hotel located in the city. Very near to the train station.

Easy to access public transport and halal restaurants. Good location for traveller to discover Kunming.

We have a short stay at this place. It took us a few mins to figure out its location by its name. Actually it is named as Carrle city hotel. The hotel is quite near to Kunming rail station and about 30 mins drive to the airport. Rooms are very small and carpets are not of good quality and very dirty. It has the basic amenities. The reception desk took little long time in checking in with foreign passport. It’s not the best, but okaish for short stay.

The hotel is very clean and well located. Even though rooms are not that big they are very comfortable. Besides it there is a store 24/7 open, very convenient.

Good location and clean room! All basic amenities are there. Good place to stay when you visit Kunming

The location is good, and I love the small teashop nearby! My only complaint is that they put me on the far end of the alley, near the door where the cleaners come and go, and they close the door hard, so it is quite noisy for me. But overall, the hotel is ok.

I am a happy traveler. Received clean bedding everyday and the cleaning staff are amazing.

All I would suggest is the hotel needs proper training on Hotel Management.

Room a bit small ,other than that nothing to complain.
