Hotel ini sangat bersih dan nyaman. Untuk dua orang melihat memiliki cukup ruang. Pemilik membantu kami memberikan petunjuk untuk menemukan hotel dengan wechat. Juga, banyak restoran dan toko McDonald's berada di sekitar hotel. Sangat nyaman untuk berjalan di sekitar kota. Kami ingin kembali lagi.

The hotel is in the heart of the old town. The hotel environement is very nice, very clean and comfortable. Hot water and heater are available. The owner was very helpful. Despite our language barrier we managed to communite easily with wechat. She helped us with booking for a day tour to Shilin stone forest and Jiuxang karst cave although we asked very late at night the day before the tour. She also provide us with direction to get Halal Food.

Location was awesome and the room was aesthetically pleasing, clean and functional. Hotel is in the tourist district with cobbled pathways, so lugging your luggage there is a bit of a hassle. Otherwise all good!

Awesome service. We choose to stay here after shortlisting a number of accommodations for our west erhai tour. Stayed here for 2 nights. Convenient location just at the ancient town itself. Breakfast is wholesome. Room is clean. They have a washing machine that I didn’t get to use because it was occupied. Ended up hand washing my clothes with the free detergent provided in the room. A very quiet place. Though you are bound to hear the birds at dawn and bats at night given that it’s a wooden structure house. Not a big deal, sound of nature helps to fall asleep faster. They helped to drag our luggage to our car. And helped to carry out luggages up and down the stairs. Appreciate that since I’m travelling to my elderly parents.

The most charming boutique hotel in Kunming. Great location and serviced by a few ladies who always made us feel at home. Love the courtyard and the style and decor of the rooms! Clean and great location - will come back then next time I’m in Kunming

Nice hotel in a great location in the centre of the old street area. A traditional building with a courtyard and modern rooms. Our room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard.

帶老媽出行，昆明老街裏可選的酒店不多。有幸遇到百年老宅，位置特別好，離步行街的出入口很近，最近的是威遠街，打車出行方便。馬家大院，錢王街近在咫尺。抗戰勝利堂，步行十分鐘，網紅打卡地。雲南藝術劇院，二十分鐘步行，看了兩場大麥網售票的不止喜劇線下脱口秀，19元，超值，學生年輕人多。雲南映像也在這裏上演。特別感謝店家姐姐準備的豐盛家常早餐，暖心暖胃。退房時還幫忙拿行李，並且一直送到打車地點，感謝🙏還在旁邊的

酒店位置在老街文明街的核心區域，鬧中取靜，房間挺大，乾淨整潔衞生，隔音效果很好。出去門口就是各種美食小吃，太方便了。 老闆人很好，服務也很好。建議到昆明玩的都可以住這家，一日三餐都可以在老街解決。還有各種咖啡飲料奶茶店和酒吧，好玩的很。滿意👍

説走就走的旅行，隨機預訂的酒店，本着在老街裡邊溜達方便才定的，沒想到十分驚喜，從飛機落地的那一刻起就是滿滿的服務貼心，店家會和司機確認是否接到客户，也會和客户確認是否被接到，行李多的話還可以到路口接，幫忙提行李……老闆方便的話會泡茶給客人喝，也可以選擇購買好點的茶讓老闆幫忙泡，還會給出很中肯的旅行建議，最最最重要的是，不會在11點多就打電話催退房，我是1點多才起床退房也沒有被催，睡懶覺人的福音，非常滿意的一次入住體驗
