Ulasan Mengjing Xiyue Hotel

Ketika saya tiba di Kunming pada malam hari, saya berjalan menuju Teluk Jinma, dan ada gang yang cantik, jadi saya masuk untuk mengambil gambar, dan itu adalah hotelnya. Ada gang teh di belakang, jadi aroma teh yang pahit sangat harum saat Anda lewat. Staf sangat penuh perhatian sejak check-in, dan senyuman di wajah mereka membuat saya merasa nyaman. Kalau kamarnya... Saya sendirian dan sedikit bingung karena seperti itu, tapi menurut saya itu akan menjadi pengalaman yang bagus untuk pasangan. Sayang sekali saya hanya bisa tinggal satu hari, tetapi saya ingin kembali lagi nanti saat saya datang ke Kunming.

Hotel yang bagus dengan semua barang yang Anda inginkan di dalamnya, atau di dekatnya, tetapi staf lambat yang benar-benar tidak kompeten yang tidak tahu apa yang mereka lakukan.

Location: generally great, it’s hidden in an alley so the first time might be hard to locate. But the hotel is near many shops and streets. Staff are amazing and what made our stay so enjoyable. They always go out of their way to attend to our needs, even sending our delivery food up to our room for us! Housekeeper also left us a tub to soak our feet after a long day. It’s the small details they go a long way. I’ll definitely choose this hotel to stay in the next time I’m in Kunming!’

An odd location at first walking the 15 mins from Metro direct to airport, inside a mock-ancient shopping mall. Once inside the lobby it is an oasis of calm and sophisticated serenity with modern facilities. From the main entrance it’s only twenty paces to a beautiful square in central Kunming and ten minutes to the buzzing food courts and some great specialty restaurants, bars and night time shopping. A half hour walk to Green Lake and the main zen Buddhist temple makes for a great place to explore Kunming. The room was compact but stylish and with great walk in shower and ensuite, plus a fabulous TV with all film and Tv options. Breakfast is chosen the day before and there are five combinations all beautifully and personally presented whatever time you descend. More than anything the hotel staff are wonderful - despite language barriers they made every effort to provide for my needs in a very polite but efficient way, including showing how the Tv worked and changing the remote control while I was out, as battery was clearly low. Thoroughly recommend this hotel which was excellent value for money.

Had a very good time here, service cleanliness was all on point, was a little difficult to locate the hotel from the drop off point at 3am but was abit to locate it with the help of baidu map!

My family and i absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed there when we arrived at kunming and we travel to dali, lijiang then back to kunming before flying home. We were so looking forward to come back to this hotel. It is close to the shopping streets, kunming station,etc. Very easy to get street hailed taxis. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and has provided fantastic services to us. They will do their best to serve their guests. I am especially thankful to front desk staff, Liu Xiao Qing(刘晓青), whom we have the most interaction with. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

I got the better value of product and service than what i paid. Did not know that it is actually located in shopping are tourist attraction area. Room is clean and nice. Service is Fabolous. The lady walked me to call a taxi outside twice and carried my luggage which I did not expect. Strongly recommended

Hotel front desk staffs are very helpful. We have a good stay. Breakfast is delicious. Location is good to start our city walk.

The rooms are very clean, the price is not expensive, the service staff is very good and attentive. The accommodation is close to commercial areas, easy to travel.

Second time stayed in this hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable to stay.
