😀I’ll start with the positive. Although no one at the front desk could speak a lick of English, everyone did their part in trying to assist me, from arranging pick up from the airport, because I landed quite late at night, to check-in. The staff were all warm and friendly and really tried to accommodate me to the best of their abilities. They get an A for effort. The room was spacious. I liked the floor design of the hotel entrance. It adds some character to the hotel. Check-out at this hotel is 2pm. That’s also a plus.
☹️ check-in took forever and a day. Mainly because the young gentleman at the front desk was new and had never dealt with checking-in a foreigner before my arrival. We had to do the check-in process twice. The corridor and room had a lingering musty smell which my nose refused to acclimate to. The room was really cold. Even after the young lad tried to fix the heat. It just didn’t make a difference in the temperature. I could not and did not sleep at all, because I was so cold.
Overall the stay was ok. The friendly and accommodating nature of the staff kind of made up for the cold bedroom. I’m not sure if I would stay here again, but if was doable for one night.
