設施：淋浴很舒服，空調效果好，也很齊全，大堂可以冼衣服
衞生：房間乾淨，枕頭很舒服，睡覺很安心
環境：酒店環境好，環境好，交通很便利，去地鐵站很方便，酒店也很安全。
服務：前台服務好，很熱心，旱餐很好吃，品種豐富，還有下午茶，來昆明旅遊，還選擇這家店

The hotel is conveniently located near metro no. 6 and city centre, it is easy to take the metro to the airport. Staff are attentive. The room is clean with a good pressure shower head, but there is a sewer smell in the bathroom. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet with a wide selection of food, would recommend it!

酒店交通便利，旁邊四百米就是地鐵站，去機場方便。酒店前台服務超級好，免費提供零食茶水，房間略小了點，但是該有的設施都有，睡起來舒適。

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff was super helpful. On my first evening there, the manager helped me register to a one day guided tour to Shilin (stone forest) and Jiuxiang karst caves, and in the morning he drove me to the bus station on his scooter and helped me find the tour bus. The next day I needed help to top-up my cellphone internet service, and the staff helped me with it very fast. Even though they don't speak English, they were very patient with using a translation app.
The room was cozy and the breakfast was good. The only issue I had was the noise that came from the road. I asked to transfer to a back room, but they were fully booked already.

Great little hotel as expected from an ibis. Made welcome from the moment you entered, and every time you go out and come back! Whilst the room is a little snug for twin beds and luggage, it was clean and functional. Only real complaint about the room was probably the aircon didn't always do its job, and some nights was too warm to sleep well. Location is five minutes or so from subway and a short trip away from main station. But it is a little on the outside of the main areas. Would stay again.
Don't really have any photos of the room, so here are some places you should definitely visit in Kunming.

Walking distance to Metro station. Front desk and all service staff are very professional and their service provided is exceptional excellent. 6 stars service rating to all front desk service staff.
