Ulasan Dongming Hotel (Changshui Airport)

NOT RECOMMENDED! We booked this hotel for another 2 rooms due to the bundle offer with the purchase of flight tickets. However we are very disappointed with the room cleanliness/facilities and hotel services. Room cleanliness and facilities 1. There are blockage in the toilets in our rooms, causing our feet to be soaked in waste water when showering. 2. The air-con is fixed at the position facing the bed and it blows directly towards the bed, which is annoying to rest on bed. Over time, the air-con let out weird noises and sounds like breaking down anytime soon. 3. The hair dryer got heated very fast and we have to cool it down a few times to dry the hair. 4. Clothes rack and bathroom facilities are rusty and dirty. 5. Bath towel is old and even with holes, resting on the rusty clothes rack. 6. Toilet bowl cannot be flushed. 7. Bad odour in the bedroom. 8. Water pressure for the shower head is very low. 9. Overall very bad and run down room. Hotel services Worst ever airport transfer service and not flexible at all. We can only choose the time-slot for airport transfer according to the hotel schedules even there are 5 of us. The time-slots are either too early or you will risk being late for flight and the transfer interval every 2 hours even it’s only less than 10km from the airport. First ride to hotel was okay and it’s 7pax van. The driver just abit rude to speak with us and only speak Chinese. The driver was standby there abit early to pick up us. BUT!!! The airport return service is so bad. Our return flight was scheduled at 4pm and check in only open 3 hours before the flight schedule time. So we expect that the airport transfer service can be arranged at 1pm or later but the front desk staff told us only 11:50am slot or next slot at 2pm are available for us. Having being prudent, we chose 11:50am slot. Only then we realise they outsourced the transfer service to a 17pax van driver. This driver is accommodating passengers from multiple hotels (more than 3 to fit the van), our 13 mins transfer services became 30+ mins. We are grateful that we chose the earlier slot. Please manage your time wisely if you really want to take their service.

You got what you paid for, cannot complain. Had a nice rest tho which is good. Host seemed friendly on wechat but grumpy f2f.

The service at Dongming Hotel (Changshui Airport) is exceptional and very friendly. They offer free airport pick up and drop off, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are kept tidy and clean, and they are equipped with amenities such as a TV and air conditioner. Despite any language barriers, the staff is able to communicate effectively through WeChat, which can translate both Chinese-English and English-Chinese. This level of attention to detail and convenience makes the hotel an excellent choice for travelers passing through Changshui Airport.

Value for money. Room is clean and comfy. Hotel staffs are helpful. It's very near to the airport and service for back and forth to airport is available. Eateries stores and convenient shops are available nearby. It's slight more than 2km to the nearest metro station.

This Hotel is good for travelers who are in transit on their travels. The staff's behaviour is very nice. Facilities are also good.

Hotel management system was so beautiful. Their are so helpful

the hotel is quite rundown. we qre only sleeping for a few hours as we landed at the airportat 2am.. not a big issue for a very short stay of a few hour.

設施：有停車位，電梯，空調，吹風機（沒有衣櫥，椅子） 衞生：床單上有明顯污漬，地上有明顯頭髮 環境：隔音不是很好，灰塵較大 服務：剛開始還挺好，直到我要椅子 總結：這就是昆明的機酒聯定。簡直就是戰損版！我去了這麼多地方！回昆明踩個雷！別的地方接機都是五座車，至少乾淨。昆明到好，七座大麪包那種拉貨的來接，行李都是和人擠在一起，灰塵大的要命！不知道還**以為“偷渡”呢。 酒店更刺激，就是那種接手後隨便整下，改個名字繼續營業了的那種！（我也見過其他家運營的好的）我還加錢選的你們家！結果就這？ 地毯都包漿了！床單也是各種破損污垢！鬼曉得換沒換！ 房間內設施寫着有的進去幾乎沒有，最搞笑的就沒椅子了，我打電話問前台要，直接就説沒有！等我找攜程客服後又有了！真G8笑話！還我自己下去拿了才給我！**好玩麼？ 攜程請你們能親自考察下線下的這些酒店再説合作問題嗎？！這種衹會敗光好不容易積累起來的好感！ 咱們有圖有真相！不吹也不黑！更不會刪帖！希望引以為戒！

設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好 性價比超高的酒店，免費接送機，離機場不遠，周圍吃飯出行很方便。有電梯，房間很新，通風采光都很好，床鋪超舒服，服務也很好。

床單沒換，設施陳舊，窗户都有大縫子，白天夜裡噪音很大，根本睡不着，感覺很差，不建議入住

很不錯，很晚了也會去機場接，到了就發車了，還幫忙提行李，房間乾淨衞生，挺安靜的，而且和機票一起很實惠，很滿意👍。

凌晨十二點的航班到達昆明，在攜程上提前訂的這家酒店，下飛機聯繫了酒店後，司機小哥哥十分鐘就來B2層停車場接了，前台辦理入住的小哥哥説話幽默風趣，給我安排住的5樓，房間和網上圖片沒有任何差異，乾淨衞生、設施設備都還挺齊全，洗澡熱水器出水也很快，就是第二天洗頭沒找到吹風機，酒店位置吃飯打車都很方便，早上還有前台姐姐叫醒服務，很愉快的一次出行，下次到昆明坐飛機還會選這家，性價比很高，服務態度也超好。必須給個大大的贊贊贊！
