Ulasan Mercure Olbia

I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient and the hotel is clean, which I truly appreciated. That being said, I was hoping for a slightly warmer atmosphere. While the staff were polite and professional, I did find them a bit reserved at times. A little more warmth, smiles, and energy would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to the Wi-Fi during my stay, which was inconvenient. Also, the soundproofing in the hotel could be improved — I could clearly hear noise from other guests, including people speaking loudly in the hallways.

Lovely service and clean rooms. All staff were very kind and approachable.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the photos online didn’t fully match the actual space, which was a bit disappointing. However, the spa experience was wonderful, offering a relaxing atmosphere and excellent treatments, despite two showers being out of order. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

L’hôtel que je préfère à Olbia . L’accueil est très sympa j’adore le petit déjeuner 😍 . Ils ont une piscine magnifique . Pour dormir à Olbia je vous conseille prends le Mercure .

地點很好離車站很近！游泳池不錯！缺點是浴室的淋浴間洗澡時水會漏到地板上！早餐普通！房間看起來蠻新的！
