Hotel ini ada pengawasan oleh security.. Kawasan hotel yang berdekatan dgn restaurant, Masjid dan minimarket.. Kemudahan yang disediakan adalah bersesuaian dengan harga. Oleh kerana hotel ini dibuat dari kayu, kita boleh dengar org sebelah menutup pintu.. Secara keseluruhan okay..

Selesa dan tenang. Ada restoran bersebelahan. Hampir dengan pekan. Byk tempat menarik boleh pergi jalan kaki sahaja.

menginap d sini mmg tidak pernah mengecewakan.. serba serbinya baik.. lokasi, kebersihan, dan layanan yang amat cemerlang…

Harga berpatutan, parking kereta luas, kemudahan wifi disediakan dan penginapan dekat dengan masjid dan pekan kundasang.

Kali ke 4 checkin kat sini.. tempat yang selesa dan mudahkan segala hal

The location is great as its very near to the town/night market. Room is good as it come with hot water and quit spacious. We got pond view room. Very good. But, the hot water need to wait for next people to use as it might needed to re-heat back. As u are in cold places, the hot water need to be always available as soon as possible. The management can improve this. Other is ok. Good.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. There was a strong soaking smell, and the room appeared dusty, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained. The shower head was broken, and one of the blankets had a bloodstain, which was very concerning. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was poor—water couldn't flow properly and remained stagnant on the floor.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. The location was convenient and close to local attractions, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with the essentials. The staff were friendly and responsive to any requests. Overall, it was a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again in the future.

The chalet is a good size although it was really not sound proof as you could hear conversations clearly from the neighbours. The morning mountain view from the chalet is magnificent. The restaurant is decent for Kundasang. Little irritation that the bathroom is water logged after use.

Everything was just nice in this hotel apart from the bathroom. Great location. Awesome food. Great view.

Its really convenient and close to city centre. It also has its own restaurant which served traditional food any many more.
