Wanted to like the hotel... new, modern decor, central location... but let down by housekeeping and average restaurant experience... despite the label of "disinfected for you" the toilet seat had visible pee stains, food in cafeteria was decent but service was slow and once they served buttermilk in a copper glass that reacted with the metal and became bitter.... so more care and training needed... did not try the wifi

Really wanted to like it - modern hotel in a great location, there were some positives but food quality and bathroom cleanliness was a let down. Toilet seats with a "disinfected for you" sticker had visible pee stains, in the restaurant they served butter milk in a copper glass that reacted and became extremely bitter. Restaurant service was also on the slower side

The hotel is located centrally in kumbakonam, near to most important places of worship. The property is well maintained. Rooms are good and neat. The in house restaurant serves delicious food. What more to ask for ?

Nice and comfortable stay. We stayed for 2 nights. Food was really good. Rooms were very neat and clean. All staff were very kind and polite. Restaurant staffs were very polite and they extended excellent hospitality. I recommend stay in this hotel if anybody planning to visit kumbakonam for temple visit.
