The bed was soft which is hard to find in Ghana and the food was good the reception was nice and I just loved it here the reception and very comfy couches first aid kit is here and set in case of emergency and the staff were always making sure that everything is on point and their guests are pleased. 5 Stars would recommend ☺️💝

They have amazing customer service, their rooms are clean, spacious and airy, the food is good especially their jollof rice and most of all a reliable contact number for guests travelling outside kumasi. The front desk staff Emmanuel is very proactive and good at what he does.

Spent about a week at Prestige Quest House and the experience was one to remember. Its situated in a serene environment, they have cool prices, beautiful rooms and wonderful staff. The food served there is can be compared to the best hotels around. All in all, a place i would like to visit again soon.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable . Their services are very good and the workers are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this place to everyone. I will be coming there always to enjoy the place. The only issue was the nature of the road leading to the guest house. It was under construction so i pray they fix it by the next time i will be there.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel/guest house! The service was top-notch – the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was beautifully maintained, spacious, and had a welcoming feel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail really stood out. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the little touches like fresh linens and thoughtful amenities

The guest house is not in the very center, but in a safe and quiet area. There were not many guests, so it was a great break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was very big. The price-hotel ratio is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really liked this hotel. I would like to add that those who expect Radisson or Kempinski level will not expect it here, where all countries have the same rooms to sleep like that, you don't have to go to Ghana, you can sleep like that in Latvia or Norway. Where better to experience Ghanaian authenticity at its best than this hotel. I would also like to add that the staff was very accommodating in sending reservations for confirmation before obtaining a visa to enter Ghana.

The breakfast is good. The bed is soft too however the pillows may be too hard. When I came in, there was no curtain to cover the window in the bathroom and I had to use some towels to do that. There also was not enough charge plugs on the wall to charge phones and laptops.

I recently stayed at Prestige Guest House in Kumasi, and it was a wonderful experience! Emmanuel, the receptionist, was truly excellent—welcoming, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great setting for a relaxing time with my partner. I’d highly recommend Prestige Guest House to anyone planning a trip to Kumasi
