Super duper bad experience where is room is told full and ask us to contact the booking platform for refund process.. the receptionist is not friendly to explain further the situation and there a few group is having same experience as me. Thanks to Trip.com promptly action and I manage to get a full refund

The room is filled with strange smell.The pillows and bedsheets are stained and smelly..the blankets too are smelly. There is no toilet row and soap...only the wifi is satisfied.

The staff are really2 nice and friendly. They talk nicely. The room bigger than the picture and comfortable. Everything is good 🌸
