**Review of VE Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur** I had the pleasure of staying at VE Hotel & Residences in Kuala Lumpur recently, and it was a fantastic experience. Situated in the heart of the city, this modern hotel offers a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and convenience for both short and long stays. I would definitely recommend VE Hotel & Residences for anyone looking to stay in the city.

First time staying here and it was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed the facilities such as gym, pool, multipurpose space and game room. They also provide hot/cold water dispensers on every floor. The rooms are satisfactory with comfortable bedding, clean sheets, hair dryer, very small kitchen, proper fridge. One complain is the shower area - there is no door between the shower and the sink/ toilet area so expect the whole toilet floor to be wet. The lighting in the corridor and rooms are dim too. Location is about 5min drive to KL Midvalley and convenient as another mall Gateway is 5mins walk from hotel. Parking is charged at RM6/ entry/24 hours.

Affordable hotel room with bathtub Huge room, big bathtub (my kids loves it), friendly staff. I accidently left my cloth in the bathroom. After 8hours realize missing cloth, call the hotel to check. The housekeeping help to keep the cloths. The staff very helpful. Breakfast was OK, Variety of choices. But 5years ago during my stay at this hotel, the breakfast selection are more variety. But now still OK la Will defenitely come back again for staycation.

The location was easy to find. The reception area was really nice same goes to the drink provided at that area. The hotel staff are really friendly and attentive. I've accidentally wrongly ordered a cake delivery ahead of time, before I managed to return to the hotel, made a call to the reception about this, it was so kind of them, they helped me to keep it in their refrigerator. And upon booking, we mentioned that it was for Valentine's celebration, they prepared a really nice setting and a complimentary cake for us too. Thank you so much for this. It was a great stay, apart from us forgetting to put on the do not disturb sign, which the hotel room cleaning team buzz on the door bell twice at around 9am till we woke up. But will definitely recommend it to others. Yea, the parking is at level 5, but unlike apartments' parking level, each level only requires one turn, so to us, it was okay.

My stay was just okay. The room and ambience not been upgraded. Insect smell, TV was not in function during rainy days and towel has stain everywhere. Unfortunately I didn’t report because upon checking the housekeeping trolly , it almost all towel are in same condition. Will not choose to stay here in my next KL visit.

Location attached to mid valley mall, convenient for shopping. Foods at Isetan top floor & dim sum at Hans were fantastic. But no hotel car park, park at the mall, very inconvenient if u have luggages. Room was clean. Concierge’s seevice was good. But the receptionist wasnt friendly at all, felt like she was working in a “non-private” department.

The front desk staff provided excellent service, five-star praise!

The worst receptionist and manager at there, close the check counter at 10pm, when called no answer. Then how i am supposed to verify my check in timing and ask details. The best part, when went there, the security guard has to phonr on the manager where he is staying there itself. After 20 mins he came down n was told bookings under trip is no more available, then WTH you all still inside trip.com. stupidity beyond sky limits. He just told me off ask trip.comto refund n walked off, i mean like seriously!!!. Its either the trip.com take this hotel out from the app , if not u all gona look very2 bad in the public eye, im avid user of this app, but my patience tolerance is a peak. I wouldnt mind to make a nuisance out of this matter . Thank you

I recently stayed at this place and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, close to major attractions, KTM transport, and plenty of dining options nearby. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist named sam were friendly, welcoming, and always attend to assist with any requests. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and quality towels. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, toiletries. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The bathroom was modern with good water pressure and hot water availability. The facilities were impressive, especially the level 8 pool with a fantastic view, and the gym was adequately equipped for a quick workout. Breakfast at the ABC restaurant was decent with a reasonable variety of both local and western options. There’s room for improvement in terms of soundproofing, as I could occasionally hear noises from the other side. But aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning or recommending this place to others.

Excellent, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, the only thing is the front office staff didn't want to give extra door access card which is only one card, it's hard for my family to go out by batch.
