Room was fine but the bath towel was very old and they used a detergent that smelt like very strong cologne. I had to buy a towel to use on my 2nd night

I called the hotel as trip.com states that check-in is until 11:30am but they allow late check-in & the staff was very friendly. Excellent in cleanliness, TV screen was clear when watching installation of Yang di-Pertuan Agong. The only downside is that the lift is super slow.

Its great for a budget stay as long as u don’t mind a limited space within the room. Quite easy to travel around from hotel to anywhere else. Do note they do not have free parking as they weren’t successful in negotiating for collaboration with the building management.

Simple breakfast with prata/nasi lemak (choose one), bread and coffee. Eateries at the shopping center next door provide more selections. Problem with room cards, had to go reception many times to validate the card. Weak WiFi signals in the room. Staff are helpful and patient.

We had been staying in this hotel for the past 7-8 years whenever we visit KL, it was fine all these time, this is a very disappointing stay and the last we would stay. At first it was the wrong room given, booked room with window but instead given a no window room, isn't it different in price? An the window room finally given was room with lots of toilet flies, and foul smell in the entire room, decided to check out one night early couldn't take it anymore.

Good location to all amenities including MRT TTDI Station

Is an affordable hotel stay for business travelers. Strategic location with plenty of shops nearby. Parking is convenient. Not recommended for leisure stay.

Hotel looks great on the exterior but the room is quite rundown. Better than those hourly hotels definitely. Housekeeping really needs to keep the rooms clean. I found a layer of dust on the kettle & the ceiling looks moldy! It's pretty obvious as the ceiling is painted black, so those molds show up quite clearly as white patches.

The WiFi signal is not good enough in the corner end room

Place is fine. Very convenient location. Only 2 small suggestions. 1. Hotel doesn't provide free parking. If you are driving, you need to park at the mall/office car park and pay for parking. 2. Access to the mall is locked after 10pm. I have to go into the rain to collect my car at the mall car park. Making it very messy. Overall it's a good hotel.

Strategic location with plenty of shops nearby

Good spot for accommodation nearby MRT. Shedded to the MRT station. Not really needing for the worry to be under rain running out from MRT station.

Good location with easy access from all major road and highway.
