Staff tak berapa friendly. Tiada staff nak datang greet & tolong angkat beg naik ke lobby. Breakfast okay okay je. Tak berapa banyak pilihan. Bilik tak berapa bersih. Ada tombol paip dah tercabut. Mcm hotel 1 stars je. Tah kenapa lah tak baiki. Bath tub pulak nampak kotor. Bilik juga ada limited complimentary items. Byk yg kena bayar je. Location & view mmg okay mcm harga yg dibayar. Kalau tanya pasal nak repeat lagi ke tak. Saya akan cakap tidak. Harap hotel management perbaiki kualiti hotel sesuai dengan namanya.

Sepadan dengan nilainya! Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan dan pemandangan yang ditawarkan tempat ini sungguh luar biasa. Saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini jika Anda menginginkan hotel yang berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke menara KLCC. Staf responsif dan ramah. Proses check in dan check out lancar. Satu parkir gratis di Basement 1 dari 2 jadi jika Anda berkendara, ini adalah nilai tambah.

Bagus terletak di pusat kl, seluruh bangunan sebenarnya agak kumuh & kuno. Kamar bersih & nyaman, gratis ditingkatkan ke tampilan menara & kue karena ini hari ulang tahun saya. Namun, terima kasih atas keramahan & layanan meja depan yang disediakan! Akan b bk lain kali pasti

Menu sarapan sama setiap hari, tidak terlalu bervariasi, tidak sebanding dengan harga 100/pax hanya untuk view klcc..kamar ok tapi AC agak lambat dingin, kamar pas..overall bintang 4/5 dan parkir cukup bungkus

Very satisfied with the room and services. However the only strange thing is the hotel lobby located at a topper floor seems not quite convenient.

I have a comfortable, relaxing stay throughout 3days and 2nights here. Smooth check in and check out process. Free parking provided. I love the location as it is nearby shopping centre, aquaria and convention centre. The view was amazing, though I was a little lost at first to find the lobby and turned out it was on level 39 (I think). Overall it was a good stay for my family.

It’s a great hotel and we stayed multiple times already and have not been disappointed. Breakfast is the best in KL! We enjoyed the club facilities

Good location good view high price , easy and centre in Kuala Lumpur , also can access to the Suria K L C C shopping centre , many food and shop

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, just a short walk from the city center and major attractions. It was very convenient to access public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the essential amenities. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, and a great on-site restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I felt the price I paid for my stay was reasonable and commensurate with the quality of the hotel. The amenities and services provided made it a great value overall.

We got to the hotel in the morning and were lucky to be able to check in our room earlier than usual, which was a great plus. Got a view of the twin towers from the hotel lobby!

Grand Hyatt? No, thanks. Never ever again at any location. I made full payment in advanced for 4 nights, breakfast included. During front desk registration I’ve been asked to provide deposit. Ok, that’s the policy of the hotels these days. I have UnionPay card, it is fully functional and has no limitations. Moreover, I payed for the taxi on hour before at the airport using this card, and late all across Kuala Lumpur. But particular Grand Hyatt was unable to proceed with my card to obtain deposit. I gave them 1/2 of the deposit in cash to be able to go to bed after all. And now they decided to push me by sending letters. Guys, send them to your banks to fix local issues. Stop bothering me!!! It’s not the level of service one expect from Hyatt. Once I’ve got the same situation at the Marriott and they just skip the deposit part for good. Not to mention breakfast at the bar… The restaurant just can’t accommodate these amount of visitors. Are you fine with it? To be true the possibility of making own fresh juice mix is amazing as well as a girl pressing it for you. Tried lunch there… No, thanks! Where did you find the chief??? Pool. Yes. Definitely. Second floor - but fine. Malaysia is the 52nd country I’m visiting and next time I definitely book Four Seasons instead. All the best.

The service is fantastic. I constantly making calls for requesting getting extra stuff, but the staff remained patient.

Was planning for a trip to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, heard this hotel has a great view on KLCC twin towers and booked through trip.com. However you can immediately tell this hotel is a bit aged compared to nearby hotels around it. Starting from the lobby itself is confusing enough, their lobby is at the highest floor, while all your rooms will be at the lower floors instead. The same goes to in and out of hotel before exiting via ground floor they wanted you to exit through their highest floor before reaching the hotel service lifts. Our guest room indeed has a good view of twin towers but was slightly blocked by mandarin oriental and a new tower besides it. Furnitures a bit outdated and old but cleanliness is still acceptable. Bathroom is amazing with the dimmable glass allowing partial view of the twin towers. We do however were deeply disappointed with their hotel staff (only one in particular) as we were checking in that afternoon after about 10-15 minutes of queue we were told to re-queue at the other end of the counter just because their hotel staff had arranged for another customer to jump in ahead of our queue, we were told that said customer has been around earlier than us and was told to sit at a side while waiting for the queue. Ironically enough when a couple who just came by behind us were ushered to a new counter for check in, leaving us disbelief with such arrangement, and when confronted the said staff didn’t even tried to apologise to us for her ill arrangement. To this we can only wish grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur all the best for having such an extraordinary staff, you know who you are ms! (15/4/24 room 2806)
