Ulasan Hotel Nanas Inn

Bisakah saya mendapatkan pengembalian dana saya kembali karena saya sangat kecewa dengan layanannya. kami dikunci di dalam kamar sekitar setengah jam dan nama hotel berubah menjadi hotel yang nyaman dan tidak disebutkan dalam pemesanan. Saya bertanya kepada resepsionis tentang pengembalian dana, mereka meminta saya untuk meminta pengembalian dana dari TRIP.

Tentang hotel ini,, Noice depan kamar hotel memiliki bangunan yang sedang dibangun hanya 5 meter dari hotel, lantai kamar berdebu karena konstruksi, TV❎ sup ❎ tisu ❎pemanas air ❎.

Kasian banget aku pindah dan gak tidur karena kotor, ada baiknya tutup saja

The hotel location is good, it’s good for group traveller. A very basic hotel in prime location. Lot of eateries nearby

Turned up an the hotel said they was fully booked despite Trip.con receiving confirmation from them.

Good Evening, Im contacting to review on my recent booking on trip.com with the property of Hotel Nana's Inn at Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. First of all, its one of my worst experience with the location and condition of my 2-bedroom executive apartment, it was badly maintained, stains, rust everywhere of the corner, dusty and musty smell throughout the room, construction on the opposite building on going since early in the morning for the whole day which caused us to be unable to have a proper rest after a long journey and reaching in the middle of the night for checkin(we booked for 2nights for an early check in) we thought we could have a rest before starting the day but the distruption from the construction was thoroughly unbearable, we decided to moved out from the property after 6hours of checking in and rebooked another place elsewhere to get our rest. We have paid a good amount for this booking, but the conditions of the room definitely doesn't worth every penny. Please raise this issue with the owner/managing partner of the property, if things doesn't improve or change please remove them from your website/apps so others would not be conned to experience the same as i do. I hope this bad experience of mine doesn't effect the faint i have with trip.com as i have been using your apps for quite awhile and find it to be really useful in every aspect of travelling abroad. Very old hotel and very basic, the place can be rated higher if the room is cleaner and there is good water supply. The water supply runs out during the night I checked in till the next day, so I can’t clean myself before going out the next day. While there is water the next day, the water heater doesn’t work very well, so I just bath with cold water. Room cleanliness is just so so, few a-bit dusty on the bed sheet, maybe due to the constant construction just opposite the hotel building.
