Kelebihan 1.Dekat dengan train LRT & MRT Ampang Park 2.Bilik bersih 3.Sediakan pinggan,mangkuk,sudu,garpu,mesin basuh & pengering,peti ais besar 4.kolam yang luas & pemandangan yang cantik 5.disediakan banyak bantal Kekurangan 1.breakfast yang kurang pilihan & disediakan dalam pack 2.Coffea House yang kecil untuk makan breakfast kat situ 3.Air shower slow & dan lambat untuk air panas 4.bantal yang lembut 5.pengering baju problem (kejap cepat kejap lambat)

Staff peramah. Dan ada yang dah kenal saya as regular customer..good job everyone. And semua tidy up terbaik. Just.. rig now..view sudah tidak cantik macam dluu because.. ada big new building there..

Unit apartemen bersih & luas. Dapur kecil lengkap untuk memasak ringan. Kolam renang ditutup untuk renovasi/pemeliharaan hingga 29/09/2031. Parkir RM5 sekali masuk atau RM10 untuk menginap semalam. Lantai dasar memiliki kios layanan mandiri Starbucks. Tempat terdekat untuk berbelanja bahan makanan adalah supermarket Ben di D Linc (kurang dari 100 meter) & Jaya Gricer di Intermark (+/- 100 meter)

Hotel pusat kota bernilai baik. Ruangan itu bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Senang mendapatkan wifi gratis dan kopi gratis berkualitas baik di area lounge yang menyenangkan. Staf yang menyenangkan dan bermanfaat.

Perlu membangun kembali seperti jungkir balik baru di pj

Definitely will return to this hotel when I go back to KL. I got upgraded and the room is really nice. Price is so valuable and worth it compared to other 5 stars that charge triple the price or bnb. Its quiet at night too and not so crowded so you feel more private and comfortable.

I'm really satisfied with the room. Just the pool needs extra cleaning. There were black molds on the tiles. I think they need to brush the molds. About the breakfast was a bit funny because they use the take-away concept. But overall it is satisfying.

Great service rendered by staff. Courteous and helpful. Breakfast is a selection of bento and fruits. Room is large with comfortable bedding and nice view. TV channels were great. Only issue would probably be the location. But frequent shuttle service to places of interest, make up for this issue. Great stay!

All about this hotel is good conditions and they give we check in early. I enjoy it. Sorry, the picture is irrelevant.

Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly & helpful staffs. A spacious area with living, dining & walk in closet. My kids love the bathtub. Beautiful scenery from the rooftop pool. Worth every penny.

They were nice to upgrade me for free. The unit was spacious with 1 bedroom and a living hall, with kitchen and washing machine. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly too. The only downside is that they don't have a cafe and if U need something to munch U need to grab.

Room is clean and smell good, breakfast is great, wifi working well will love to return for my next business stay.

Nice and friendly staff, poor breakfast, In the pictures, it is possible to see the two Petronas towers from the top roof-pool, but unfortunately I shock as there are two towers under construction that block the view of the two Petronas towers. They should mention this on the hotel’s website.

It’s an older hotel/ service apartment. It’s comfortable for the price. Just older amenities than it looks on the photos
