I found a few cockroach in the room and the ironing board provided in the room is too dirty to use……

Nice view of Merdeka Tower? Location is great, near Dataran Merdeka SCKLM starting line. We caught 2 baby cockroaches in our room despite the room looking decently clean. Outdoor Parking by the building we paid rm140. The parking operators like to slaughter you when there are running events I guess.

It was a family trip with fiancee. we booked a through room. Room was clean, couldn't hear the other room when shut in the middle. Location was pretty good.

The hotel is just fair, the water heater most of time didn’t functions as what i expected especially in the morning…

This was a great hotel in a great location. It had a unique feel, and the staff was extremely helpful. Prem at the front desk, in particular -- she went out of her way to help me get a taxi when I had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Generally good experience at the hotel. It is surprisingly clean, and room without windows did not smell. Just thought that the service personnel could be more patient. But I do understand that there were a large group of tourist setup weird and ridiculous requests throughout their stay at Cosmos. Not sure if there were thorough cleaning as past tenant's luggage tag was still found in the room.

Nice location, walking distance to LRT, fast food and convenience store nearby, the only things is lift took quite long waiting time

Location is near metro with quite a number of shops nearby to get food or your daily supplies. Staffs were friendly, didn't encounter any major issues during my 6 days stay here. They should place a rubbish bin at the ground lobby or at the lifts of every floor so that stayers can throw away their rubbish. Stayed in a Studio Suite at level 15. Room itself was clean without any major issues. Only small issue I've encountered was door banging/closing noise from other rooms heard from my room interrupting my sleep in the morning. Estimated around 9am to 12pm period.

Hotel location is strategic..nearest to Dataran Merdeka,walking distance..Room cleanliness is good..

Bfast menu is so basic. Lift is out in service, long wait bcause so many people. The conciege is polite. Have a suspicious feeling about the smoke detector because the red light is blinking, suspect recorder 😅😂

The hotel turned to be better than expected. If you want to explore Merdeka square, River of life, Central Market & Chinatown it is the choice.

My client told me that this hotel needs to improve the quality of interior decoration to make it look more attractive

Strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Easy access to public transport ie Masjid Jamek LRT Station. Also close to Merdeka Square. Room was greatly maintained. Clean and tidy. Will stay again in future.
