Ulasan City Hotel Xiamen (Zhongshan Road Wanshi Botanical Garden Hotel)

Hotel ini ternyata baru dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Kamarnya bersih, tempat tidurnya nyaman. Yang paling menonjol adalah layanannya yang ramah dan penuh perhatian. Kakak perempuan saya meminta peta konter, menunjukkan kepadanya rak dan menjelaskan beberapa tempat wisata kepadanya. Karena tipe kamar yang berbeda, 5 kamar kami terletak di 2 bangunan yang berbeda. Supervisor ada di sana dan membantu penataan kamar dengan sangat efisien . Dekat MRT, taman, dan beberapa restoran lokal. Hotel ini memiliki sedikit sejarah, tetapi seharusnya ditingkatkan. Fasilitas dan dekorasinya cukup baru. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Anda dapat mengontrol volume TV di kamar mandi! Pelayanan hotel pun lebih perhatian. Kakak perempuan tertua saya berdiri di belakang rak dan bertanya kepada staf layanan apakah mereka memiliki peta. Wanita muda itu keluar dari balik meja kasir, membawa kakak perempuan tertua saya ke rak, dan juga menjelaskan beberapa tempat pemandangan di peta kepada kakak perempuan tertua saya. Kami adalah sepuluh saudara dan saudari yang bepergian bersama, dan kami memesan 5 kamar di gedung berbeda. Manajer hotel yang hadir saat itu dan segera meminta staf untuk merapikan kamar dan mengatur kami semua di gedung yang sama. Sangat penuh perhatian dan efisien. Hotel ini dekat dengan taman, stasiun kereta bawah tanah, dan beberapa restoran lokal, yang sangat nyaman. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti tidak tersedia kamar bebas asap rokok dan sulit berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris, semua staf hotel bersikap baik dan berusaha membantu kami sebaik mungkin.

Hotelnya luas dan nyaman. Kami bersenang-senang menginap di sini bersama anak-anak saya. Lokasinya juga sangat strategis dan mudah dijangkau, dekat dengan taman Zhongshan dan jalan pejalan kaki Zhongshan.

Meskipun hotelnya tua, kamarnya besar dan luas! Sarapannya juga sangat enak! Variasinya berubah setiap hari!

Location is excellent, breakfast is great, a very clean and friendly place to stay and enjoy Xiamen.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcome fruits are given to guests. The toilet at hotel lobby are clean, when call for room service they are very fast and responsive. Even for short stay they remember you. I will recommend my friends to stay this hotel if they are going to Xiamen.

Love the hotel, the staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast has many varieties, the room is big. The location is quite near the subway, and most places of interest are nearby.

The hotel very clean and the room is spacious. Location is good too. Very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to Xiamen. Definitely will stay here again if I were to go Xiamen again and the staff is helpful and service good too.

Staff were helpful and professional. Andy, Bruce and Xielu helped me with booking of tours and my requests relating to accommodation.

Although it is an old hotel, it is maintained in good conditions. Everything functioned well. Excellent service of concierge lady 089. Good Chinese breakfast spread.

Xiamen Hotel is very well-located. It is only a few minutes walk from the closest underground, and Zhong Shan Pedestrian Street. The hotel facilities are in good conditions. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Some of the speak good English. Tea is served throughout the day in the lobby, and there was even some activities for children during the May 1st holiday. I highly appreciated the fact that access to washing machines is free and there is even washing liquid in guest rooms. We very much enjoyed our stay in Xiamen.

Great place to stay! Reception and service counter are extremely helpful and deserving of all the good recognition. Was served by reception person (number 61 and 90), great service and thank you for the memorable stay!

The shuttle service could only drive us for a short distance. However, the laundry room is very good and the service is great. It would be better if the hotel staff knew more English though as their English vocabulary was quite limited. The staff would immediately clean up our rooms after we left for breakfast, which is quite nice. It is quite difficult to walk to the hotel as it is on a hill and walking uphill would be required. As for the buffet breakfast, we had to go earlier as some dishes were aleeady finished when we went for the breakfast later in the morning. There is also a window in the bathroom. The shutters of the window could not be completely closed, hence the person in the bathroom was partly visible. It was also quite difficult to close the curtains and the switches in the room was quite confusing. All in all, it was quite an experience for us.

A comfortable family trip in Xiamen. The staff are really nice and sweet which makes the traditional Hotel out of expectation. The weather is not so favourable in early April, but our trip was carefree for a two nights stay with wonderful location near Zhongshan Park and the famous botanical garden. One thing that I feel pity though is that no swimming pool facility in the Hotel, so we travelled a bit to a nearby indoor pool.
