Nak check in lama betul. ..Lift pun lama bercinta nak turun naik. Dah pilih bilik katil king pun xdapat, ok faham sebab PH., kata dapat city view, tapi dapatnye hutan. geram betul...kita nye bawak anak kecik, terpaksa la bersempit2 katil single tu.Pergi kolam, towel pun tak ada. Dah check out nak kad tng pulak. nak verify. masa check in tak ada cakap pun check out nak verify kad. Dah kene turun balik ambik kad dalam kereta.. ingat semua orang simpan dalam beg ke. kalau orang ramai, service pun tak seberape.

Everything ok cuma kena tggu lama untuk bilik siap before check in . Breakfast nice.

Staff sangat tak friendly, muka tak maneh langsung masa check in. Parking berbayar. Tp breakfast agak best sbb ad banyak pilihan. Pool dekat roof top agak best,tp kids room xda apa ponn

Hotel yang menjadi pilihan tetap jika outstation atas urusan kerja di sekitar lembah klang. Hotel yang sangat selesa dengan kemudahan yang sangat kondusif.

Tempat letak kereta kurang jelas laluan masuk. Untuk tetamu hotel masih perlu bayar caj parkir kereta sebanyak RM3.50 sekali masuk. Pemandangan dari bilik tingkat 5 adalah bertentangan dengan balkoni kondominium bangunan sebelah.
