Ulasan Sofitel Haikou

Haikou Sofitel adalah kejutan besar bagi saya karena tiba di sana secara kebetulan saat bepergian dari Sanya. Kamar luar biasa, sarapan enak untuk selera orang asing, banyak arsitektur menarik yang dijelajahi. Fasilitas, gym, kolam renang juga bagus dan harga untuk satu malam sangat bagus 👍

Tinggal di hari topan Lion Rock. Dekorasi kamarnya relatif modern, peralatan sanitasinya relatif mewah, pemandangan ruang makan dan loungenya bagus, dan makanannya enak. Kolam renang dalam ruangan sedikit lebih kecil. Pemandangan kolam renang luar ruangan juga bagus, sedikit lebih kecil.

Layanannya oke, dan makanannya oke. Hotel merek khas. Lalat di salepnya adalah antusiasme layanan tidak cukup, tetapi kecepatan layanan masih cukup. Lebih baik daripada hotel lokal.

Fasilitas dan layanannya sangat baik, dan kamar eksekutif dengan pemandangan laut memiliki pemandangan yang bagus. Ada jendela besar di empat sisi termasuk sudut-sudutnya. Pemandangan 360 derajat dari lobi dan kafetaria. Sarapan cukup kaya dan rasanya enak. Kamar tidak menghadap ke Selat Qiongzhou, dan pemandangan laut sedikit lebih rendah dari yang sebelumnya menginap. Di sore hari, ruangan mungkin terkena sinar matahari, dan AC tidak akan bekerja sampai tingkat terendah (tirai telah diletakkan untuk insulasi panas). Pemandangan dari bak mandi agak hambar, dan pemandangan dari berbaring hanya terhalang oleh fasilitas bak mandi.

Dikatakan sebagai hotel terindah di Haikou. Lobi di lantai 35 dan sarapan di lantai 34. Pemandangannya bagus! ***a dekorasi keseluruhan tubuh oranye Hermes, sakelar sentuh cerdas, lebih modis dan lebih cerah, tidak jauh dari toko bebas bea!

Myself and my girlfriend spent only 1 night at the Sofitel. Even in this short period of time, our stay was a memorable one. Starting from the warm welcome at the lobby area on the 1st floor with luggage assistance, until our departure from the same place when the kind Concierge staff assisted us get a transfer to the train station while we were not able to do it (didi) due to the business generated by the Chinese New Year. At the Front Desk, Echo welcomed us with a warm sincere smile and showed a high level of confidence and product knowledge while highlighting the hotel facilities. Moreover, she went above and beyond our expectation when she recommended the hotel restaurant and few dishes when she heard my girlfriend telling me she is hungry. Another memorable experience was our SPA treatment where the staff were very friendly and professional. Overall, the hotel feels very new with, the location is great and the level of cleanness is very satisfactory. We will defiantly return to Sofitel if business or leisure will bring us back to Haikou.

The water that comes out from the tap for the bathtub, is murky and dirty. Has lots of sediments making the bathtub unusable and makes very bad experience after trying for umpteen times. The room was overall is good condition and smoke-free

Very nice hotel with good location. Up to the Sofitels standard I use to stay. friendly staff who made the effort to speak english with us. will definitely come back.

Great hotel, really good breakfast, new, modern and very clean. There were, however, 2 problems. We asked for interconnecting rooms before arrival and the hotel stated this would be okay. When we arrived, we were told interconnecting rooms were not available, which was a little frustrating. Also, the hotel is non smoking, but a number of guests ignored this and were smoking at the buffet dinner or in their rooms/public areas. Disappointingly some staff ignored the fact guests were smoking and did not take any action to stop them. Hence my lower rating for service. That said our rooms were lovely and the overall experience was very good.

Location was not bad. Breakfast was not bad, but good air circulation system. We had to change our room because the room really stink. Staffs were still helpful enough to change us to better room.

I would expect better from an international hotel. I speak English and Chinese as I am bilingual and am unable to order off of Sofitels late night menu. I get a confused reply from the customer service manager about what I am talking about. I ask for a manager who is also confused about their advertised late night menu. I then proceeded to tell them about my disappointment at which point I have to go down, in my pajamas, to the first floor (to which the lobby is on the 35thfloor) to relieve my McDonald’s which I hate eating
