Ulasan Sofitel Haikou

I enjoyed my times at Sofitel Haikou, the hotel is located on high floor with rooms having panoramic views of the city, the rooms were very comfortable, there is a upscale mall right below the hotel which is very convenient

We are very satisfied with the hotel. Xiao Pang's service is especially nice. He arranged the room romantically according to our request. The gym is fully equipped and the glass decoration makes it seem like outdoors. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It's wonderful to relax here during leisure time. When we arrived, the colleague on the first floor, noticing there were many of us, helped send our luggage to the room after check-in. It was very considerate. This is a happy stop. Although this journey has come to an end for the moment, see you next time.

This hotel makes people feel very comfortable. Thanks to Miss Polly for her exemplary service! I'm very satisfied with the room. Wendy at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and constantly asked if we needed any more help. I give a thumbs up for the service they provided.

This hotel is really beautiful with Haikou Bay view. And the service is nice and all the staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk staff sherry helped us a lot and kindly offered a free upgrade. I will definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful hotel with the harbor seaview, prefer the romantic sunset at the lobby 35F, so did the 36F lemon bistro & bar. I appriciated that Jerry Wang offered us the professinal service, he recommended a lot of delicious food and nice place patiently. Thank u and we gonna back next time.

Fantastic - I extended my stay! Would recommend the premium room over the deluxe Seaview room, much better layout and views😍 Nikki was professional, very helpful, and provided fantastic service. She was always available when I needed her! Also 吴玉姐 was very efficient, the room was always cleaned very well, presentable and she spoke English and helped me with my mandarin!!

I spent a week at the Sofitel Hotel with my family. It was a very enjoyable trip. The environment was comfortable, the food was delicious, the service in the executive lounge was excellent, and the kids really liked the warm indoor swimming pool. I will come here again!

Good location. We received exceptional service from the Concierge team "Luke," who provided outstanding assistance. While the Receptionist understand English, communication with the bar staff proved challenging due to limited English comprehension.

This hotel has great facilities. The rooms have an oversized smart TV which is highly intelligent. The bathtub is quite spacious and the water flow while taking a bath is just perfect. It is suitable for business travelers. Also, there is a capsule coffee machine and other things thoughtfully prepared in the rooms. The Polly service is also excellent. See you again sometime.

Whenever I'm on a business trip to Haikou, the Sofitel Hotel is always my first choice. Polly's service is outstanding! Since we got in touch, she has always made arrangements in advance for my stay at the hotel and been very thoughtful.

I stayed at Sofitel for a few days and was very glad to meet Polly and Wendy. They were extremely friendly. Whenever I had a need and contacted them, they would fulfill it promptly. They are really wonderful girls.

good location with a shopping mall do wn stairs. Can have a bay view if take room facing north side.

We had a most lovely staff, Catherine who checked us in promptly and provided us with a free room upgrade 🤩🤩🤩 Our room was spacious, clean and had modern facilities, with a superb bay view of Haikou. Bell boy Wesley provided excellent service for us as well, booking a taxi for us to the airport well in advance. 100 marks here, Sofitel - keep up the good work.
