Same Building with Pudu Sentral. Very nice location to stay. The Indian boy receiptionist is very helpful. And you can enjoy the view of the second tallest building in the world from your hotel window.

Best place & worth it . Eventho its a bit far to reach & nice view but quite noise if ur room next to the train rails. Hope they upgrade their aircond leaking . Best place to stay . Very satisfied with the service receptionist. Will repeat soon

The hotel’s air conditioning system is outdated and prone to malfunction. When I encountered issues with my room, the staff attempted to change my room, but the process was poorly handled. I was given four different rooms in a row, yet each time, I was unable to open the door, which caused nearly an hour of unnecessary delay. On the positive side, the female staff member responsible for check-in and check-out in the morning was very friendly and provided excellent service. Room view is good.

Everything is nice, but need to improve the aircon. We changed the room as aircon is not cooling the entire room at night 10:00 PM

Book Two rooms for families. Room is big with value for money. Is both connecting room. View from room is Just nice. Location is Excelllent. Convinient for meals and public transport. However, issue happen where The front desk give The wrong room which is not Yet clean. Also another room with aircond issue and leaking in bathroom. We managed changed a New room But it took us a lot of time to settle this issue. A bit bad on this Part. Front desk customer service should be more professional in handling guest. Waiting time is too long. Other than this, overall is satisfied.

Teedo hotel is a nice place to stay and good views thru the window. But I wonder there is 👉 no chair, 👉 no cabinet, 👉 no internet on TV (can’t watch/ listen songs), 👉 housekeepers are very good, very kind and gentle..

The hotel location was excellent. Convenient. Staff were very helpful. Carpark available. Food at walking distance. Bus terminus and train station at door step No intercom. Had to go down to enquire ir for services. Worth the money. Clean room.

The journey to this hotel might be a little confused, but once you get there, you won’t be disappointed with the experience. The staffs were very helpful too. Will definitely repeat this hotel again.

I’ve been waiting for the front office department to call me back to resolve the parking issue, but despite following up 5-6 times, it still hasn't been addressed. Even after escalating the matter to the managerial level, no solution has been provided. Staff should receive better training in customer service and communication. Additionally, the deposit process should offer alternatives, as the app mentions that payment can be made via card. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Had a bad experience here… I checked in around 2.30pm got a family suite (connecting room) with hot aircond… waited for awhile but still not cold. then complain at receptionist they bring maintainance to room and change to another suite. waited for awhile only one room is cold the other room still not cold plus with bad smell from aircond. went to receptionist to complain and they will send someone to check. waited until around 5.00pm the maintainance come and check and they confirmed about the smell. then change to another suite again. but still one room cold and one room not cold. i already tired from going up and down to complain and just let it be maybe it will cold later… i went out from 6.30pm and let the aircon running hoping it will get cold. then around 1am i went back to hotel still not cold then go to counter to complain. I am so tired to complain and change room many times. The hotel should prepare the room before guest check in but i don’t think it is done here. Overall, bad experience
