Secara keseluruhan itu tidak buruk, tapi juga tidak bagus. Jika Anda tidak memiliki pilihan lain, Anda dapat menggunakannya, tapi saya tidak merekomendasikannya. Saya reservasi karena murah dan dekat dengan pusat KLCC, tapi pertama-tama kebersihannya kurang baik. Lantai dan bagian atas meja terasa sedikit lengket dan terdapat sedikit debu. Di halaman pendahuluan tertulis ada sabun, tapi tidak ada sabun, hanya sandal dalam ruangan, sabun mandi, dan sampo. Saat saya tanya apakah disediakan sabun, saya disuruh pakai untuk sabun mandi, dan beberapa handuk yang disediakan banyak noda hitamnya. Selain itu, kami kehabisan gulungan tisu toilet sekitar tengah malam, tetapi tidak ada tisu toilet tambahan yang disediakan, jadi saya bertanya dan mereka mengatakan mereka tidak akan segera menyediakannya karena tidak ada staf. tapi saya mendapat tisu toilet dalam bentuk serbet daripada tisu toilet gulungan. Selain itu, tidak ada lift. Keempat mobil itu bergerak cepat, tetapi waktu tunggu terlalu lama karena lantainya banyak. Ada 2-3 restoran bagus di dekat akomodasi, jadi nyaman untuk sarapan. Saya tidak punya niat untuk kembali.

Good Vacation Receptionist was good ,Room is clean but the toilet a bit smelly need to spray with refreshness..Parking to going up a small space need to be careful,nice swimming pool,

great place to stay, walking distance to Suria KLCC, Pavillion KL so you won't be having drama with taxi/ordering grab home since that is busy area Room was clean, has a great view. They provide full equipment in the unit, the shower water pressure was the best!

The studio is very clean, comfortable, location is good and most of all the front desk staffs are very nice & helpful in assisting me about the transportation I should get to pasar seni & subang airport.

We’re love it!! , and i hope next time i will come back again ❤️

The woman who checked me in had very poor customer skills. She could hardly be bothered to utter a word. She could not even be bothered to stand up to collect documents from the printer instead choosing to ask her coworker to get the printing for her (the printer was literally two steps behind her chair). It wasn’t until I checked out that it seemed anyone could be ‘bothered’ to offer minimum service. The room was okay and location okay. The horrible check-in experience really ruined the stay.

Great apartment, really enjoyed our stay. Only issue was that for cleaning or amenities you had to whatsapp a number and sometimes the items would not be delivered. We also reported a room on the floor that was smoking as the smell was travelling to our room, the policy states that it is a non smoking building but no action was taken.

the place is overall quite nice. But the cabinet is broken hurt us. Left us unpleasant stay.

Nice place to stay , near to twin tower , easy access nice view definitely will be back again
