Hotel Citrus

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, the staff were friendly and attentive, respecful people, and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. I would truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Welcoming and friendly staff. Safe parking and excelling sea views. Excellent location. Close to the beach and several restaurants and supermarkets. Clean and modern rooms. Comfortable bed and great telly and streaming services. Only downside is the hotel does not have a lift but I will still give this is a 5 star based on price.

Hotel was very clean but there was not hand wash in the bathrooms the showers were not great half of the shower head didn’t even have water coming out. Limited on parking but a great location. Staff were polite and helpful. There are no lifts in the hotel.

So one side the hotel was excellent, but on the other it was poor. Ok it isn't the hotels fault that I stayed on the hottest 2 days of the year, up in the late 30 degrees, but it is the hotels fault that they have no air-conditioning or windows that could be opened to get a breeze, so it was cooler in the sun outside than it was in the oven of my room. They did provide a fan and free cold bottled water. On arrival the receptionists were brilliant as I asked if they had a family room we could swap to so my son could stay, and this was not a problem to them at all, it was all sorted in a couple of minutes. On top of that the fan in our room just wasn't working and again within minutes they found us a tower water fan. They explained breakfast and could not have been more helpful, and the breakfast was actually good value for £8.95. Unfortunately, there are some negatives..... . :( The room needed a complete face lift, it was a great size room but the the windows were all mouldy, the bathroom also was mouldy around sink and bath. The carpet had stains all over it as did the quilt and mattress protector. At no point was the room serviced, the bins, tea facilities and toilet paper were not dealt with and no clean towels. How-ever, it is perfectly located and near all the restaurants and bars, with a Tesco express across the road as well. Due to it being graduation week (my reason for being there) all the hotels were much more expensive than normal and I paid £400 for 2 nights, I think if the room rate is less under normal circumstances I would consider using the hotel again if only for the lovely, helpful and very friendly front of house staff. One of the nicest places to stay in Ksamil. Everything from A-Z was simply perfect. We were allowed to check early and also given an option to pick between 3 rooms. The rooms are very nicely furnished and they have comfortable beds and nice decor. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Fresh juices, eggs done in multiple ways and a truly nice service. There was a young guy who truly went above and beyond. He was visible everywhere helping guests in the hotel with checking in, parking their cars and at times even making drinks for them. Everyone was friendly and extremely polite. This is a fantastic, stylish small boutique hotel with a lot of character and exceptional service. Thank you Citrus Hotel for hosting me and I will see you guys again in the nearest future. I do recommend this hotel!

Et veldig fint og moderne hotell. Bra beliggenhet, rent, god frokost og utrolig vennlig ansatte. Damen i resepsjonen var ekstra hyggelig og hjalp meg med alt jeg måtte trenge. Ble noen dager lenger på hotellet enn planlagt, fordi jeg likte meg så godt der. Anbefales virkelig!
