Closest to the ski lifts possible, very good breakfeast, very helpful staff, free parking. The only issue we had was the pool. Water was a bit cold, unexpected for the indoor pool. Rooms were a bit small, but we came here to ski and enjoy the mountains and beautiful Kranjska Gora, so for us they were OK.

Excellent hotel near the ski resort. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is varied and delicious. Free large parking lot next to the hotel. There is also a free swimming pool for hotel guests with the possibility of a sauna. A playroom for the little ones, and extremely delicious coffee for the adults. An excellent place for a carefree vacation

This hotel is on the slope which means that it is one of the few places in Kranjska Gora where you do no need to carry your ski equipment which gives it best possible advantage. Food is really good with many variations (meat, pasta, fish, vegetable etc) The pool is maybe the best place of this hotel it is very large with separate deifferent connecting pools plus children area and jacuzzi. Hotel also has spa but with additional cost. The only thing that is not for 5 stars rating are the rooms which are small but who needs rooms when on skiing. The town Kranjska Gora is beautiful plus its position is great because you can ski in Slovenia have dinner in Italy or Austria (30 minutes away) and vice versa. Really great experience. We will be for sure cooming back.

I would like to praise the excellent cooperation with the hotel's sales department during the planning and organization of the business meeting. Communication was extremely up-to-date, good and efficient. We solved questions and dilemmas promptly and quickly. Sincere thanks also to the receptionist for her help upon arrival, departure and in between during our business meeting. With her calmness, kindness and listening to our needs, she contributed to our well-being and a successful meeting. Kudos also to the ladies in the hotel service for their extraordinary kindness and hospitality.

Nice hotel in a great location. Can't understand why they keep turning the hot water supply to the room, on and off, at different times of the day. Very annoying! For a 4 star hotel, one expects to find some means of adjusting the room's ambient temperature, these days.

Enjoyed 6 nights at the hotel.
The hotel looks a bit tired from the outside and also the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but the room and bed was comfortable.
Buffet breakfast was ok - not much variety so tended to eat the same each morning but it filled you up for the day.
Spa / Swimming pool was good and the staff were friendly and polite.
Hotel is well situated and the village itself was great - restaurants / bars were good and had some good meals.
Overall hotel is fine - can’t rave about it but similarly nothing wrong with it.

Overall we were quite underwhelmed with our stay. The hotel and rooms are very old and dated. The rooms were boiling and had no aircon or climate control. On our first night, there was a party / event going on and the music was pounding through our rooms. I called reception to ask if they could turn it down and what time it was due to go onto, they didn’t turn it down and it ended up going on until 2:30am! Awful first night. And then we were woken up to the noise of building works at 7am going on in the car park of the hotel. This happened every morning. Additionally, the spa was out of device from the day we arrived, neither the spa closure or the building works were noted on the site or after booking so this was a very unpleasant surprise upon arrival. I would not recommend This hotel to friends

The Ramada is on a great location, directly on ski slopes which is a big plus. However, breakfast is average at best, and service st reception was ok but also very confusing since they lost one of our reservations - it took 30 min to fix. The rooms towards the ski slopes have an anazing view, but all else should be rennovated from the rooms to the lobby and the pools. For the price you pay it is below expectations. They do have a charger fir EV cars and a good parking which is a plus. All together not worth the price in the winter.

Good location, in the middle of Kranjska Gora, close to the chairlift, near the ski slopes. We had a room with mountain view, the view was truly fabulous, it worth the money. Good breakfast and dinner, big variety of food. Good spa area, inside swimming pools and jacuzzi. Free parking, which is rare in Kranjska Gora. Nice amiable staff. A little bit expensive, but definitely a good hotel, 5 Euros for using their bathrobes is a joke, I never encountered this policy in any hotel I stayed so far. You give the guest a bathrobe to use or you don't, decide what.
