Very nice in every way. A very convenient location, we walked to the Jewish quarter and Wawel castle and all of old town is within easy walking distance. The room was very nice- the single duvets were a little interesting-and everything was very clean and nice.

Front desk personal were extremely helpful and nice. They made me fell welcomed right away! Super friendly and professional. Rooms were tidy. Great costumer service and convenient location

After booking an awful hotel, we decided to switch and booked this hotel. This hotel is gorgeous, the staff are extremely friendly and can’t do enough for you! Very lovely and helpful. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay during our trip celebrating my wife's birthday. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was just the right size for the two of us traveling. The bed very comfortable, and we were close to everything including transportation however located on a quiet street. We would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Amazing and really helpful staff. My son fell ill and Magda from reception was so helpful in calling us a doctor. The place was so clean, and perfect location, less than 5 mins to the main square.

We were a bit shocked when we arrived to not see a traditional hotel entrance especially for a 4 star hotel. We pressed the buzzer and we were let in and then it all changed. Although the reception area is not a traditional one as mentioned above we found the reception lady Gabriella to be very welcoming and her english was really quite good too. No translation issues at all. She checked us in and we took the lift to our floor. The hotel has 4 floors and we were on the top floor. It is immaculately presented and there are additional bathroom items incl toilet rolls to take if needed from reception. The hotel does not have a diningroom but we were advised that they have an arrangement with a very nearby bistro cafe for breakfast, etc. The hotel is in the old town and 2 small blocks from the main ***** and main square. There are too many good restaurants around but we found the best ones in the streets behind the main square. We will definitely be going back and we will again book at the Amber Design Residence. 5 stars!!

Stayed 6 days. This the perfect location - 10 mins walk from the station for cheap & easy access to airport & salt mine. Next to the park at the edge of Old Town. Peaceful and quiet, yet seconds from lovely restaurants & bars. Hotel itself has friendly staff and is very quiet at night. Only gripe is that the 'double' beds are singles pushed together (with a mattress topper) & with single duvets, which does not make for 'romance'.. But, unless you are looking to be in the heart of the madness of the city square area.. this is the best place to stay and we would stay again.
