Ulasan Krabi Resort

Kolam renang pribadi dan Jacuzzi tidak berfungsi. Berhasil pindah ke vila lain setelah kami meminta. Alih-alih inisiatif karena ada vila lain yang tersedia. Vila bagian dalam nyaman dan bagus. Sarapan prasmanan enak karena mereka menawarkan berbagai macam. Lokasi sangat bagus karena lingkungan sekitar menawarkan tempat makan dan minum, pusat perbelanjaan, dan pantai.

Pelayanannya bagus sepanjang waktu. Sangat mudah diakses dari pantai dan ada 2 kolam renang yang bagus untuk dipilih. Sarapannya juga enak.

Big room with outdoor balcony. Nice swimming pools. Easy access to beach. Have children play room.

Nice hotel on the beach. Clean rooms. And close to alot of food

The pool side living rooms were great. My son l9ved the pool and breakfast beside the beach with Thai boats going past. The service was great.

Really good experience and right next to the beach. It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

location is perfect outside of the resort u get everything u want. Carry our own iron box to press ur clothes resort don't provide it at all. Whatever it's mentioned abt the rooms regarding the view it's not thr . Don't take standard room no one stays thr it's empty. You can book poolside or beach villa right in front of beach but to be honest it's not thr much worth better to take poolside . During booking from any website it shows tht they have seaview poolview etc but in reality it's not . If it's mentioned in ur booking and if the resort person didn't not provide it then tell them that's what I did I had to fight for it literally few reception staff was so rude because I paid so much money just for view they provided some other room. Breakfast choice was so less. Staff is not much helpful.resort is perfect as per location but the staff is rude

Pro- great location and beautiful decorated and natural gardens. Against - lousy. Very very lousy service. Rooms - they have moved / changed us three rooms. Each one with different room failure - water, air condition, shower...., They allocated a different room then the type booked. They never fixed room above failures... but they promised they did. 4 days stayed and 3 rooms changed. They did not offer ANY compensation. .. only " sorry". The lowest possible service and rooms quality. I had booked luxury expensive room.... So disappointed. SO DISAPPOINTED ! NEVER GO THERE.

Krabi resort is good location but its very old rooms and not well maintained. Hope they can improve room quality in future. Not enough staff also specially for luggage transfers.

I had to extend my stay at the resort because it was so amazing. The tropical Villa is exceptionally beautiful. The location of the resort is great too. Close to bars and restaurants ❤️

Super bad experience for 4days staying this hotel. Cons: -hotel staff especially at lobby are not friendly. They will not help you and sometime very rude. -room not clean -bath tub not clean -major renovation ongoing(no swimmg pool) Pros: -great location near shop,beach

The last time I stayed here was 4 years ago. In that time the hotel has aged and tarnished a bit, especially in the public areas. That said, many rooms were being actively renovated whilst we stayed here. I do like this hotel a lot and will stay here again if I come back to AoNang. The room we stayed in was great (villa) ; comfortable bed, nice decor, great bath and jacuzzi pool. The gym was basic but met my needs and breakfast was satisfactory too. A good hotel with ongoing tlc needed.
