Reception was impressed during we checked in Bellboy were helpful (I can't remember his name) gave se a but g before I left and was the same bellboy when I was checking in and checking out. Restaurants F&B: not really a pretty good service as we need to call them the waitress all the time from the begin we haven't seat yet. And the waitress seem to me it useless and not really helpfully, (unsatisfied)👎👎👎 don't know how to service even pour the Wine. Plus a glass of Red wine inside the hotel it is a really a glass of 🍷 😆 sorry it seem like a ice cream glass ( improve) plss. Cuz hotel it a middle and a center of along to the ⛱️ shall I discuss with the owner of the hotel. All of them might get fired🙃sorry to say so it fact yah. Housekeeper: cleanliness it a bit good 10 /7 because they were clean the room, but not replace my towel with was I been used. She or he kept hanging as the same place where I hang🥲 should change to a new eh. Overall location it a bit was pretty 👍 Will be back to stay there again. Might ne not Cheers!!

Excellent bungalows right by the beach. Location is fabulous right in the middle of the tourist area with lots of entertainment and food choices. Additionally, great location for tour operators who pick up from this location every day. Hotel also provides beach towels and outdoor shower so no need to bring your towels and extra weight! Do your homework before buying island and adventure packages from the tour operator in the hotel. I was told I was buying a 4 island tour with a speed boat to Phi Phi island come to find out later that was not accurate. Not the hotel fault but wanted to give you my experience. Highly recommend the hotel.

Location on ao -nang beach and so close from ao-nang street The hotel good but the room services so bad and so slow

When I made a booking I was not expecting the room will be this huge! It is very nice and good for family. Hotel located just right next to the beach. Very worth every penny!

The location was fantastic with a great view of the Ao Nang beach. The room was ideal for couples on a Honeymoon trip. Clean and big swimming pool with great service.

Good frontal beach hotel. Just a short walk to the main road and shopping. Food are plenty along the main road. Spend at least 4 days here...

The hotel has a nice location, but the furniture is old, the breakfast options are few, the rooms are clean, and the price is excellent

Great location, right on the beach, hotel restaurant really nice good food and very reasonable prices, good variety for breakfast. Even when you don't want the room cleaned they leave water and loo roll outside, everything you need is provided, shampoo shower gel etc. Pool is beautiful and exceptionally clean .

Golden Beach Resort Ao Nang is situated in stunning surroundings and is just metres away from Ao Nang beach across a small, quite private road. The hotel is set in lovely surroundings and has a variety of choices of rooms available. All rooms are well equipped and clean.

I had a problem with the bank not being open and being able to collect my money from western union and I was leaving home the next day and they let me use my passport as a deposit instead of having 5000 and I was stressed with the thought of not having anywhere to sleep but they put my stress aside and give me the room I paid for with my passport as deposit trusting I wouldn’t cause damage. Amazing location, amazing villas, spectacular room and jacuzzi bath! I stayed here 3 nights all together in my 6 weeks travelling thai land and it was definitely up there with the top 3 hotels I stayed at I will be decently returning to this hotel when I come back to Thai land

Excellent moment at the hotel but parking space was not enough and my car parked outside the hotel compound from the day arrived until check out - others was top as previous experience with the hotel

Lovely resort in a great location right on the beach. We stayed in a sea view villa which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice was a bit limited but restaurant staff were lovely and friendly especially the head waiter. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the plastic sun loungers around the pool,

Was horrid Other than the convenience of location they left used tissue in the tissue box Didn't provide the two complimentary water bottles only one .. we stayed there for 6 days Since it's hot and we went to the beach and pool (btw closes at 6pm) 🤣 We took a lot of showers They were so stingy with towels I felt like this is not a hotel but a low class motel .. not that I have experienced one before It was a horrid experience Sone staff were just ok English is not used I had to speak to 5 receptionists to make a complaint because they put us in the wrong room We reserved one big bed but we were put in two twin beds like we were away at camp I love krabi We usually stay at the andakiri Pool Villa which I highly recommend 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Centara is also very nice They have their own private beach I have never left a bad review but just in case you wanted a pleasant stay No no no
