Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Columbus Airport – Easton

Hotel was ok for airport Hotel in that area. Only Shuttlebus was not ok. Afternoon was no driver available and in the morning had no shuttle service before 5:30AM. Had to take two times UBER on my own cost.

酒店設施很老，維護的還可以，大堂小，如家酒店的感覺，設備老舊給你的感覺大約回到1990年，衞生做了還可以，酒店安靜，有安全感。

酒店房間噪音很大，一直嗡嗡響

Obwohl ich schon über Trip.com bezahlt habe wurde mir das Zimmer nochmal vom hotel abgezogen und als ich ihnen erklärt e dass ich schon bezahlt hätte wurde mir gesagt das dies storniert wurde aber nächste tag habe ich wider eine Nachricht meiner Bank erhalten das mir das Zimmer eider verrechnet wurde also insgesamt musste ich das zimmer 3 mal zahlen. Ich würde nicht mehr Dort einchecken da es mit sehr vielen Umständen verbunden ist. Ab 09:00 früh wird es laut da das personal beim reinigen der zimmer laute Musik hört etwas nervig muss ich sagen.

I stayed for a little over a week at the hotel and i can say the service there was amazing! Every question i had was answered clearly and i was helped whenever needed. There was minor issues with the room, there was stains on the wall, floor, and curtains. There was also a crack in the wall that had been sealed in the shower. It concerned me at first but after seeing that the bedsheets and towels were thoroughly cleaned I felt a lot more comfortable in my room. I do recommend staying here, it’s also walking distance to a handful of restaurants and convenience stores so you always have something to eat or snack on if you don’t want to or can’t travel far.

The room was nice, but the common areas were dirty, and the breakfast was very limited and not freshly cooked.

Comfortable beds and pillows love they have dove for there shampoo soap. The only negative no towels in the pool area. And breakfast was amazing more than a continental breakfast they had eggs beacon.

The hotel lobby was very clean but when we got to our room we found 2 little cartons of milk left beside of the heater.

The property was nice and comfortable, and the area was convenient and safe. My booking was only for one night, and now that I'm home I see that they put an extra $100 hold on my bank account at check-in (and didn't tell me - I called and they said that they have a sign on the desk explaining it), and that this charge may not be returned for up to 14 days. I understand the reasoning, but it would be really helpful if ******* published this because I could have very easily been traveling on a much smaller budget and not have been able to accommodate this charge. Also, the charge was about the same as my entire reservation cost - it's ridiculous. End rant, haha.

Bed comfortable bathroom very clean and updated breakfast good and has a variety. Like the passenger pickup from the airport.

We did not have a shower curtain. Our door keypad did not work and no one could fix it so someone had to stay in the room at all times or we would be locked out of our room. The housekeeping manager informed us and other concerned paying customers that she did not have food in the back to put out. No eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc. She herself was kind but couldn't fix the problem. Only one person took a shower and there was no hot water only room temp. I left my phone number at the front desk for the manager that we were not allowed to talk to on the weekend because they were not working and did not receive a phone call today even though we were told they would be in at 6:30 am. I waited for a phone call in hopes to recieve help and now I am writing this review at 7:30 pm on Monday evening even though our stay ended Sunday morning.

The bathroom sink was clogged and didn't drain. The room refrigerator was turned off so it was hot and would not cool down. The breakfast tables were all shakey. Just needs some general maintenance with some attention to detail.

The heater in room 326 was extremely loud when on and woke me up multiple times throughout the night
