Hotel ini luar biasa. Letaknya di lokasi yang indah, menghadap ke tebing. Kamar kami sangat bersih dan memiliki pemandangan danau yang indah. Kolam renang adalah salah satu fitur terbaik hotel. Ini adalah kolam besar dengan pemandangan yang indah. Hotel ini juga memiliki spa dan restoran tepat di samping kolam renang. Sarapannya juga cukup enak. Secara keseluruhan, kami mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa di hotel ini!

**Hotel Review** **Check-In:** Check-in was quick, and we were welcomed with a much-appreciated welcome tea. A complimentary room transfer service was also provided. **Common Areas:** The public areas are well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. **Room:** The room was large and spacious but visibly dated. It could benefit from a bathroom repaint and overall refreshing. The presence of a smart TV was good, although a larger screen would be preferable. The balcony surrounded by greenery was beautiful. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was good, though not extremely varied, it was still enjoyable. Having a barista for excellent coffees and cappuccinos instead of a machine would be a nice addition. **Location:** The location is generally good, close to many shops and restaurants. However, it is a bit far from Ao Nang Beach. Nonetheless, it is a lovely property surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxation. **Staff:** The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had an urgent need in the middle of the night, and an employee named Ron went above and beyond to assist us by going out to get what we needed. A big thank you especially to him. **Overall:** Overall, it's a beautiful property with a great atmosphere for relaxation. Despite some areas that could use updating, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Nice resort nestled below the cliffs. Nice pool with a view, and restaurabt over a pond. Cottages are spacious and comfortable. It is a long walk to Aonang beach (doable), but there are also shuttles to and from the hotel.

Very beautiful rooms and garden, all is well maintained, staff is very friendly. Pool is absolutely wonderful, cliff view, water super clean without using chloride agent. Short distance from beach, we also visited a nearby Elephant Shelter. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant for lunch and diner, the food is actually good but the atmosphere not so appealing, maybe need to add lights.

After 25 years of visiting Thailand the best and well maintained resort we ever been to. Super and most friendly staff and always there to help you. 5 stars as a minimum.

This hotel is amazing! No need to explain, come and see by yourself you will no regret it.

We had a wonderful time in Ban Sainai. Love the overall atmosphere, services, the people are very nice and warm. Will definitely recommend all our friends and family to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is excellent too, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Ban Sanai Resort for two nights because of the beautiful quiet environment. The quality of the breakfast is also worth mentioning. Definitely recommended for a quiet stay in Ao Nang.

Great place to stay, very beautiful and peaceful. Free shuttle to Aonang beach and you can also choose to walk out for food and massage.

it is a great resort with 20 minutes walk to the beach. the mountain view is spectacular. The room is spacious and clean with facilities well-maintained. One small issue is that the breakfast is pretty average…
