The room was so big and comfortable. Location very private, suitable for people who want privacy. It’s far from centre and crowded beach. Have private beach but cannot swim

The place is in a lovely spot amongst the karsts. Lovely to sit by the pool and listen to the birds song in the forests. Ocean view but not a big beach. They offer a shuttle in to Ao Nang, which is nice. The staff were very helpful.

Pool was not clean

Beautiful room, complete facilities, room next to the swimming pool. Some staffs need to improve their service, such as talking, welcoming, or helping with luggage. The first service that you meet will impress the guests.

Very good hotel! I loved the pool and the sea view! It's really worth it for a few days in Krabi to rest from a long trip after Phuket!

The service is very good, but there is no razor. The breakfast is excellent, you can eat it by the sea, the scenery is very beautiful. The location is not bad, not too far from the night market. The hotel has a car to take you to the night market. The last bus to pick you up is 7:15pm. After that, you can call the car back to the hotel by yourself, which costs about 200 baht.

The service of the staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. You can order the food at the hotel, but it will be delivered. It's delicious nonetheless. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea

The hotel is so super nice, the little brother at the front desk helped me to upgrade the pool sea view room for free, which is very good. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Krabi. The full score is perfect in every aspect. It rained heavily and I lay outside the pool Lie down on the side and enjoy the comfortable feeling brought by the heavy rain. The whole person relaxes a lot. The sunset is really beautiful. I fell asleep listening to the sound of insects and frogs at night. Sleeping is very comfortable. Nice room, good atmosphere, clean accommodation, good service, friendly, good recommendation.

We upgraded the room for free. The room was in good repair. The hotel is quiet, suitable either for those who are on a car or a moped, or for those who will constantly lie near the pool.

This resort is stunning with amazing views of the cliffs and three swimming pools. Staff are wonderful, really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We were greeted on arrival by Beem, who was a ray of sunshine during our trip, sorting a couple of minor issues with our room and organizing our transportation. The resort has a free shuttle bus that drops at the pier (boats to Railay beach) and Ao Nang. The food is good and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go back!

From the moment we arrived at Arawan Krabi, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, starting right as we stepped out of the car. The check-in process was smooth and inviting, with the team providing all the necessary information about our stay. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered the privacy we were looking for truly a perfect retreat. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight, The stir-fried yellow noodles were absolutely the best! The breakfast staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing our experience. We also ordered room service for dinner, and every dish was delicious. The service, from the delivery to the friendly demeanor of the staff, was impeccable. A special thank you to K.Maytawe and all the lovely staff who greeted us with such warmth and took great care of us throughout our stay. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and will definitely return. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Arawan Krabi for making our stay memorable!
