Ulasan Aonang Paradise Resort Krabi

Hotelnya lucu banget, serasa masuk hutan dengan burung-burung cantik di dalam sangkar, kolam renangnya bagus. Lokasinya bagus, semuanya mudah dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki.

Bersih, mudah untuk bepergian, dekat restoran

Pelayanannya luar biasa. Kamarnya bersih. Stafnya sangat sopan dan ramah. Satu-satunya masalah adalah jika kamar Anda berada di area taman dekat kolam renang, ada musik setiap malam hingga pukul 23.00 atau 00.00. Karena saya tidur sekitar pukul 22.00, agak mengganggu. Kamar saya sudah diganti. Bahkan ada kembang api. Selebihnya, semuanya baik-baik saja.

Lokasinya bagus, cukup berjalan kaki sebentar ke pantai Ao Nang dan banyak kios di dekatnya. Fasilitas dan amenitasnya tidak begitu bagus, bisa direnovasi dengan baik. Bisa menemukan tempat yang lebih baik dengan harga yang hampir sama. Kamarnya tidak begitu ideal untuk menginap, hanya memiliki colokan listrik terbatas yang ada di belakang TV (untungnya stafnya baik hati meminjamkan kami ekstensi). Pintu kamar terbuat dari kaca sehingga pada malam hari dan pagi hari, cahaya masuk (tidak ada tirai untuk menghalangi cahaya). Sarapannya hanya telur goreng biasa dengan roti panggang. Secara keseluruhan, mungkin ada tempat yang lebih baik dengan harga yang sama.

I was really disappointed that I had to leave the hotel and go to another one. The staff is kind and respectful but the room was AWFUL. The painting in the bathroom was peeling, the bedsheets were all stained, the room was very humid and the AC had a humid smell. The room seemed to be in a bad overall state so I had to leave. The hotel also refused to provide a refund, they refused my request twice so I paid for literally nothing. It's really unfortunate but I can't let this slip. I hope this comment doesn't get reported because I have proof and witnesses.

staff friendly polite and helpful i thought it was a good location breakfast buffet was nice pool area nice plenty of sun beds with stunning view room spacious and clean my only gripe was shower too low and water pressure wasn’t good

It's a small to medium property ...Location is good just few 5-7 minutes away from beach and restaurants. You will find limited option for indian during breakfast and it's same in thailand. There is some issue in maintenance/cleanliness for sure and it can be improved. They provide one room with smell in bathroom and when we complained then changed it to pool view and that was nice . They packed our breakfast as well on request. They do not provide toothpaste and moisturizer in room.

Water pressure not good. Overall facilities and location is good.

I stayed at Ao Nang Paradise Resort for 3 nights. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The photos on Trip.com look much newer than the actual condition of the hotel. It seems they were taken when the property first opened. In reality, the room was old and worn out. During my stay, the bathroom sink faucet was loose and falling apart, the bathroom drain was clogged, the exhaust fan did not work, and the TV was also not working. These issues made the stay much less comfortable than expected. The breakfast buffet was also much more limited and of lower quality compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip. Looking back, I believe that by paying just a little more, it would have been possible to stay at a much better hotel with better facilities and service. I booked this hotel because I had just been discharged from the hospital after being sick, needed a place quickly, and it was conveniently located near my previous hotel. I didn’t spend enough time reading the reviews carefully before booking, and I regret that decision. Since I had already booked and paid for three nights, I couldn’t get a refund. My advice to future travelers is to read as many recent reviews as possible before making a reservation. Don’t rely only on the overall rating or the promotional photos. They may not reflect the current condition of the hotel. I hope this review helps other travelers make a more informed decision.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your resort. Frankly, the experience was far below an acceptable standard and completely unjustified for the price charged. The room had a strong and unpleasant odor, possibly alcohol-related, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I was forced to request a room change, something no guest should have to do upon arrival. Even after changing rooms, the condition remained poor. The bed was clearly old and worn out. The mattress was uncomfortable, with springs that could be felt, making it very difficult to rest properly. This level of neglect is shocking for a resort that promotes itself at a premium price. Furthermore, the television service was practically unusable due to unclear and unstable signal reception. Providing such poor-quality amenities reflects a lack of attention to basic guest comfort. Given the high room rate, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality. For the price paid, I could easily have stayed at a far better hotel with superior comfort and facilities. This stay was a major disappointment, and I feel the value received was nowhere near what was promised. I strongly urge the management to seriously review room maintenance, cleanliness, and service standards to avoid similar complaints in the future. Sincerely, Hafizan

Very nice romantic hotel just at the bottom of the big rock. So excellent view with also a nice pool. Within walking distance of pretty much everything you wanted to do and the beach.

In General, Good location and environment, easy to go anywhere, staff are friendly, swimming pool is okay, Wi-fi connection is weak. breakfast is not bad. There are 2-3 cockroach in the bathroom.
