New resort... All looks great.... Rooms are fantastic..... Clean n tidy, breakfast is below par may be its because of low season.... Location is far and quiet,perfect for who seeking calm n peaceful environment.... 20 mins bike ride to ao Nang and over 40.mins to Krabi town... Great swimming pool n spa... Friendly staff...

I was very disappointed by the hotel services, staffs are nice but not enough to service customers. I had to wait for 20 mins to get utensils for breakfast and 30 mins for an avocado toasted. Breakfast was the worst I ever had, small selection and the place for having breakfast is not convenient at all. The olympic swimming pool was amazing, clean room and nice design.

Great experience at the Varana! Beautiful new facilities and very friendly staff. Only thing to note is the location which is approximately 15min drive to the township of Ao Nang. However there a multiple restaurants and eateries close by. The onsen is amazing, definitely worth a try!

Amazing hotel, the room are well designed close to the sea with a lot of activities. Spcial award to The pool. we had very good meals at restaurant. Staff is great. I highly recommend.

Food and the Hotel are great. Every room was so nice and clean. Even with HK Onyx system in the room for you. Exceptional experience at great price on Trip.com.

There’s no where I can give 6 stars here but it is really 6 stars for all. If you’re looking at few days of holiday retreat in a hotel, this is the right place for you. From cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast and even hotel room interior is modern yet classy. So far within my top 5 hotels in SEA. Highly recommended. Every night will be perfect for star gazing as well.

Best location, good decor, swimming pool was exellent. However, we highly recommend to improve kitchen service in breakfast.

太滿意的一次體驗了，這個酒店是我自己出來玩住過的體驗感最好的酒店，沒有之一！ 1.設施方面 酒店的整體設施、和房間佈局都非常合理。公共區域如 餐廳、泳池、健身房這些都很乾凈，且位置都很方便。房間內部的細節也很到位，最喜歡的是有提供沙灘拖鞋以下可以帶出去的沙灘竹筐和沙灘浴巾，而且房間浴袍也都很貼心的有房間號的標牌 避免了在泳池跟其他人的混淆，非常人性化。 *地理位置其實見仁見智，喜歡熱鬧就去奧南吧，喜歡更放鬆自在的度假，這裏絕對值得！酒店對面就是海灘，也沒那麼多人。 2. 服務方面 可以感覺到，酒店在員工培訓方面是有下功夫的，從前台到餐廳，以及各種酒店活動的工作人員，都很友好，見面都會主動問好 打招呼。有兩個小細節很驚訝到我： 1.）住到第二天的晚上，我去前台預訂後面一天的酒店活動，確定好所有要定的活動細節之後，前台説定好了，在此之前，我並沒有告知我的名字和房間號。前台小姐姐説，知道我住XXX房間，叫XXX～ 這一刻真的驚訝到了，我衹在入住當天去過一次前台。表揚下JUNE小姐姐～ 2.）同樣的情況，有一天早上去健身房預訂當天的攀巖，也是完全記得我的名字和房間號（另外一位工作人員哦，且我們都沒見過），太不可思議了 個人建議： 酒店隔牆後面靠近路邊，旁邊好像有農户還是啥的，早上雞叫的聲音蠻大的，睡眠輕的朋友入住的時候可以要求不要 住在building 2，可能會好一點。 另外酒店附近可能是有清真寺或者穆斯林當地人聚集區，凌晨會聽到他們做禮拜的唱誦，有點影響睡眠。我也跟酒店表達了這點，他們説後續會溝通看看。不過這種宗教習慣，我個人是尊重的，表示理解。初次半夜聽到，個人感受是既空靈感又悲傷，有點震撼到

酒店不大，很新，該有的都有，就是沒有服務意識。滿臉假笑的對着客人的一切合理要求say no：沒有滿房的情況下，一定要三點才能入住，哪怕我們已經在酒店消費了按摩和午餐；問前台要一塊肥皂，沒有固體的我可以理解，但一臉疑惑的聽着soap這個詞，我表示你裝啥裝；一次性牙刷質量一般，用了一天後因為掉毛我扔了，到第四天退房也沒給補過牙刷，即使牙刷可以反覆用，牙膏那點夠用麼；最離譜的來了，最後一晚由於第二天一早我們要趕飛機，請前台幫忙叫輛出租車，前台直接接近三倍要價，詢問是出租車要這個價還是酒店，滿臉奸詐的告知是酒店要的，真好意思承認；酒店7點早餐，同樣由於趕飛機，詢問能不能裝個早餐盒帶着，想也不想就拒絕，理由是餐廳下班了，請他打個電話給餐廳溝通下，拒絕，説下班了不打，等我們自己溜達經過餐廳，發現工作人員還沒下班，餐廳很爽快的答應了早餐盒。好了，總結：舔白人舔黑人就是不服務中國人！大家能不去就別去！
