We enjoyed this place especially because of the natural spa water source. Very hot and relaxing. The breakfast is good and the people are friendly. But the water in the shower was not so hot. Overal beautiful place definitely.

Big comfortable bed, good view from the second floor (but limited to the rooftop below if the booked room is on the first floor). There was no hot shower during two days visit and it didnt get improved until the end of the stay. I was promised by the reception that they will look at the problem but it didnt get solved. The breakfast is quite good, you can choose from many options. The hotel has a thermal swimming pool. The room and corridor design is great. But have in mind that there could be some renovation works during working hours. Ask in advance for the room further away from it.

The facilities are old, but the hot spring is very nice. The service is not good. The arrangement is not good. It is in the same room as the wedding room. It was noisy from 11pm to 3am. We couldn't coordinate and basically didn't sleep all night. In addition, I suggest changing the bedding. I believe it must have been washed, but first, there is a smell, and second, it is too disgusting to see all kinds of stains!

Maybe the restaurant staff should be more alert, because when we want to order food, we have to look for the staff to ask for the menu, The others are good

The location is on the side of the road. The elevator is strange, making it quite difficult for luggage carriers.

A hotel located in the center of Tondano, with a cool view of the rice fields but the mainstay is the Onse (the pool is dirty, so the water is murky like muddy), there are several cockroaches in the room. The leftover food from the front room guests was not removed from the afternoon until the next day, causing an unpleasant odor and inviting flies and cockroaches. The staff at the reception are friendly. Breakfast is quite varied, there is a nike burger (small fish like anchovies typical of Tondano).

I booked the hotel for my dad who was traveling alone. There weren't many Korean travelers, so there wasn't a lot of accommodation reviews or information, so I searched for accommodations through Google reviews and booked the hotel. Every single staff member was very friendly and thanks to that, it was the best part of my dad's trip. It was the happiest moment. True to its name, it is used as a hot spring and is in harmony with nature. The best service and the friendliness of the staff make my father live happily again in Korea every day. I am so grateful to all the Yama employees who left good memories for our guests even though they did not understand the language. If I get the chance, I will also visit with my dad.
